Hello. I make payout at 12.12.2009 by moneybookers. Money was took away from my account same day(+60$ fees). Has passed 10 days but I have not received money. They do not answer to my e-mails. Help who can solve this problem.

Probably a long shot, but maybe you can ask for them to transfer your balance to Instant Action Sports... that is if they don't allow you to send it anywhere else where you have a chance of getting a payout.

Instant Action Sports are currently advertising on the moneybookers promotion page, so I would think they had some free money in their moneybookers account.

On December, 21st has received from them the e-mail:
"We apologize for the late response to your emails.
There has been a delay sending your Moneybookers payment since we are
funding our account and is taking longer that expected. We would like to
offer you another method of transfer as certified check or wire, both
take 6-7 business days or we can transfer your money to another sportsbook
as Bet Cris which can be done within ours in case you have an account with
them.
Please let us know what your decision is as soon as possible.

I have answered that I will accept transfer money to Bet Cris.
Again 4 days do not answer (Though I have sent not one e-mail)
Somebody knows as it is possible to communicate with them except an e-mail?

The accounting department will be closed from December 19th through January 4th.
New payout requests will not be processed until January 5th.

In my experience the only way to reach 24SW is to call wagering at 866-888-6555, then ask to be transferred to customer service.
