Altough many of the threads on this boards are with people complaining about bookies, I'm gonna write some nice about a bookmaker : BetMania.

Last week, as I participated to the "beat the prick - week 14" contest, i needed to open an account at BetMania in order to be eligible for any prizes. So, I've open an account and wait to see what happens, if i will win.

As you know, the prick missed his last play, puttin me in front of him, on the 35th place. And I won 48 bucks...So far, so good, nothin special, right ?

Yesterday morning i entered my betmania account and saw that it was closed...I talked with someone from them on the chat, she said that i should try again later, as it was 2:00 am in USA...When i came from school, I entered again the chat room, and I was told that my account was closed as I'm european and they dont accept european customers.

However, after I explained them that I won a contest at SBR, they deceided to make an exception for me, and allow me to have an account with them, also giving me my money instantly...

I was more than pleased, I'd say delighted. BetMania proved to be great and I think they should be promoted to B+

not surprised by this treatment from this group at all. customers are treated with respect. lessons others in the industry would/should learn

utter bag of shite book - make a withdrawal and there is a fair chance you'll have your account closed.

whole group is a weak - constant stream of spam offering bonuses you can't have if you are 'non-rec' - very popular here though.
