I won money on BTP, ran it up to 1600 bucks and now they won't pay me because I provided the wrong phone number? They say "SBR is investgating" Am I out of luck here? I provided the correct address and sent them proof of that

Actually you are asking for a payout to a name other then the one you provided on your sign up. We told you that we are processing a payout in full and sending it to the name and address that you provided when you open an account.

In addition we have contacted SBR so that we can resolve this.

that is pure bullshit if that is the case.

most don't like to use real phone number as these books call you all day everyday.

they owe you and should pay.

i know of people that just put in 00000000 for a phone number and never have a problem at all.

Also you may want to mention the money that you won was from your rebate not the actual money won from BTP. Our rules clearly state that if you provide any false or misleading information on your sign up any winning can be forfeited. in the presnt case you have provide an invalid phone number, email address and have requesteda payout to a name other then yours.

what does it matter that the money won was from the rebate part?

should we be concerned that it is different than a regular deposit?

i see no reason to add that.

BTW like i said lots of players like to not give actual phone number for many reasons that have nothing do with scamming a book.

Yeah I asked to be sent under my fathers name, because I don't have a ID. But if I have to get a check thats fine. I can simply deposit it in my bank account. Customer Service could use a little work though, this guy "Leo" wasn't very nice

again from my own experience i have had to have payouts made to me by other books via ** and ** in a different name like my brother or friend as i am blocked from using them for to many transactions to books.

so that is not uncommon and most all A books have no problem with that.

just saying....

maybe that is the reason for the OP needing a payout to a different name.

you seem to be finding excuses to not want to pay instead of just paying

that is why most stay away from books like that.

If you have a working relationship with a sportsbook I can see why they would do this. In this case the player opened up an account to participate in a contest. The player provided false information and then requested a payout to a name other then the one that he provided on his sign up. Yet you think we are at fault here. All he had to do was contact us today ask for a payout to the name he provided on his sign up and his payout would have been processed already but he did not.

Just wanted to provide a little input myself regarding Leo. He probably has provided some of the best customer service I have ever received from a Sportsbook. I deposited 500.00 a week and a half ago and he made sure my account was credited within 5-10 mins. I also wanted to know about the casino being down, he went out of his way to e-mail me after a livechat conversation to let me know that the stability of the casino was not up to par with Rebatewager so it would be down another week or so and still kept me updated. I requested a payout last Monday and it took 25 mins to get on the DC.

Personally from what I have experienced this is a top notch book and they have even placed a few wagers online for me AFTER the posted start time that was listed on their site.. because the event didn't start until 10:10 or instead of the listed 10pm.

I am sure that you will get your payout... I just wanted to share my positive experienced because not enough people share the positives.

I can only tell you guys that most of EU bookies will never even get into conversation in such cases. They would just close the account and void all bets.

Sounds like a ghost to me. Enters so much false entries that he can't keep track of em. Then whines to get paid. Jrod conveniently forgets to mention he don't know the correct name of the account or it doesn't match. Lame-o. Sorry Miss Jackson, I am for real.

Rebatewager does need to have their book open 24/7. I log on after midnight and you can't make any bets whatsoever.
I click on Lines, NFL, and all I get is a message stating There are no lines for the specified leagues. Surely the lines are still out there on other books. So Bogus.
Not my number one book. But that is a different story.
To be fair, Rebate wager offers two things my other books do not offer.
1. They mention if I have a 4x rollover, how much is left on that rollover. For example if I have 50 bucks, and a 4x rollover, they flat out say you have bet 10 bucks so far and have $190 bucks rollover pending. That is nice, instead of me having a sheet of paper 4 columns listing every bet I make till I hit 4x.
2. In basketball games they allow an over under for 1 of the 2 teams playing. In all my other books you can bet an over/under for the game, but no Over/under is provided for an individual team.

Great job Rebate Wager for these offerings you provide.

REBATEWAGER pays player in open teaser dispute
REBATEWAGER (SBR rating B-) has paid the player whose winning open teaser was graded as a loss. REBATEWAGER's posted rule on open teasers is that all teaser legs must be filled within one week. However, REBATEWAGER has stated its standard procedure is to honor all accepted wagers and legs of open teasers. REBATEWAGER paid the first three legs of the teaser which were placed in the allowed time-frame. The book cites multiple warnings to this player as for honoring only the teaser legs within the 1 week stated period.

Where is it stated that the player was paid that amount, and how is that relevant? Are you implying that you only attempt to cheat winning players?

At this point we have confirmed that the player requested a payout to a name other then the one he used on his sign up. In addition he provided a fake phone number and email address when opening the account. We are waiting to hear back from SBR as to what the specific BTP rules are.

thanks for the update!

Most people think this was a ghost account (multiple entries).

Simply uses other peoples info to open accounts.

This type of stuff is killing the contests here.

It is hard for SBR to detect most of it because they simply use different IP's

He is certainly an amateur at this stuff! Why would he call and request the payout in another name (his name)? Red Flag right off the bat!
