A few reasons. I have always thought this book is great, but went to a whole new level last week. First besides getting 2500 and 1500 and 3000 payouts same day, i was playing in the casino last week and was playing Aces and eights video poker for 10 dollars a hand. Was dealt 3 aces. Well on aces and eights 4 aces pays 800. Well my screen locked up before i could draw so i logged out and back in and it wouldnt let me resume game. So i contacted herman on wed and told him the problem. He said he would let tech support know. Well the next tech they just cleared my bet so i could resume. Well i was a little frustrated knowing i had a chance at 800 so i sent herman a email. Within 1 hour he credited my account with 400 dollars and told me he would give me half. I was impressed most places would of told me tuff errors void winnings or something. Also i have played some big stakes in the race track and the maxium limit payout is supposed to be maxium 600. 6 times last week i won way more then the max on supers and tris and one of them 2800. i sent him a email and they paid me full odds. I have been so impressed with them over a 2 year timeframe. Absoluty great book.

Adding the loyalty free plays are never a problem and payouts are fast with no horseshit runaround.

A couple things I would like to comment on. I'm glad things are working out for you there. Regarding your horse bets, because you were given a hook up DOES NOT mean anyone else reading this will. You should not play horses at Betjam if you play exotics. Some fool will read this, hit a big exotic, then send an e-mail asking to be paid past there max payouts. Most likely you won't be. Before playing get the answer in e-mail. Herman Piso screwed me to the tune of $1,600 because he verbally told me something and when the situation happened, he denied it.

Secondly, your casino issue. DGS casino software, if that is what they still use, usually comes up if you get out of a hand for whatever reason. Ask yourself why their tech person "cleared out the game".


You can't dispute their quick payouts.

Lastly, I know you thought you were doing them well be posting this. There will be a lot of people who read this and see how they paid you in excess of their posted max payout odds. If they hit something and ask, they will bring up your specific situation. Most likely if this happens, you probably ruined things for you if you hit again. It won't be hard for them to figure out it was you who posted they hooked you up with horse payouts that exceed their listed payout max.

Been with them over a year. Very pleased. I like their -105 for ncaaf and nfl on Fri from 6:00 to 12:00 . I'd like it if they could do this for basketball - maybe just an hour or two in the morning.

Once, I saw a bad line in baseball runline night before the game . they had the fav and dog switch - big error. To be a nice guy, I called to save them the hassle of having to cancel bets, etc. I wasn't expecting anything but a thanks. They gave me a $50 freeplay.
Similar thing happened at wsex a few months later. I called , again to be nice but this time also thinking I might get a "reward". I barely got a thank you.

Its a small gesture but it goes a long way IMO.

A while back I spotted a bad prop line at 5dimes and I mean it was bad, read +1300 instead of +130, so the dumbass I am decided to report the bad line in hopes of some return, didn't get anything from it.

About 2 months later I spotted another bad line in the props section, it was the playoffs in MLB and the Twins were +0.5 for the 1st inning at +450, instead of -450, so I said **** it and hit it for $300, paid out $1350 so I figure we are even for the no free play the first time I reported a bad line.

For every 100 plays you make,you get a free play based on your average bet size up to $200.Nice kicker but you have to request it.
