Shill = First post..... this book is solid, I just got paid XXXX dollars in 35 seconds from them..... ** next day didn't even have a control number.... usually in a post about how bad the book is at paying..... they don't last long before everyone has figured them out. If mudcat, pavy, fishhead, peeps say a book is solid or that they have had no issues I won't disagree..... when mr Bet356 comes in and say bet356 paid them in 20 minutes to insta debit for 10G's as a first post after some has been trying to get paid for 3 weeks my hair stands on end and goes shill.

Shill are not always first posters ... thats the point ... I have seen some highly ranked posters (# of posts npt necessarily quality) who defend books who have been stealing players money for years - SIA, Sportsbook, BetUS, Betroroyal (SBG) etc...

I am one who has a lot of posts and do occasionally "defend" some of the book/type of books you mention.
There are advantages to playing as them such as high bonuses, softer numbers. But it is a risk/reward ratio type of play. I play at Sportsbook and SBG, wish I could play at BetUS and SIA.
Why in God's name would you wish you could play at BetUs, they are one of the worst books in the industry, its like pulling teeth trying to get your money out.
Everyone is hustling something in this business. Accept that one fact and never trust anyone, and you'll be two steps ahead of most of the mental midgets in the game.

Wager in Vegas and you do not have to worry about being screwed by off shore books in any number of ways. Sure they do not offer bonuses or incentives, unless you think free booze is a bonus, but you get paid off instantly, and there never is a question about your wager.

The most literal answer to the question is SBR themselves.
The US facing books are mediocre/decent but somehow get A and A+ ratings from SBR who happen to be paid by them.
Thats been said here before.After the BOS debacle that cost me alot of money,I started doing my own investigating of these rating sites.There is one in particular that really gives you the straight dope on all these guys including documented writeups of the scams if they exist.Some of the books here with A ratings actually are A books,some aren't,the key is doing your own work.In fairness to SBR,they do allow the bullshit to hit the fan when one of their recommended books has a problem,alot of sites don't allow that.
