Pinnacle Sports payout issues
About 2 months ago I was up quite a bit after a nice little hot streak and requested a payout. Being a 3 year active client of theirs, I expected the lightning fast payouts I'd received in the past.
Long story short, put in 5 requests over a 2 week period and didn't see one dime. Sent numerous e-mails to their CSR department with 0 replies. Even put a complaint form in with SBR and eventually got a response saying they looked into it but Pinnacle could not provide details as to why there was no payment made. SBR said they'd take note.
Now, last week I put in another request for withdrawal after a decent hot streak and it still hasn't been processed. Earlier today I put in my second withdrawal request. I'll update this thread to indicate if/when I get paid.
Anyone else experiencing a downgrade in customer service/slow payouts from this longtime "A+" sports book as of late? Please note that I'm not talking about your experience a while back as I know they've been very stellar. I'm talking about thelast one to two months.

Got a payment from them at the weekend, almost immediate to Neteller.
Last time I needed to contact their CS (email), they handled promptly.

Very unlike Pinnacle - their payouts are usually done within minutes and if a large amount is requested it may take a few hours... never had issues with them even when withdrawal VERY sums of money.

customer service is not a pinnacle strong suit. But I've never had a withdrawal issue with them at all. Usually 2 minutes to moneybookers and usually 3 to 4K ......

Very strange BigFund. I had several transactions processed within minutes last week, but mind you these were Moneybookers. Also sent a couple of emails which were answered promptly.
I know finding their phone number can be quite a bitch, but maybe call them up and inquire as to what exactly the hell is going on.....Please keep us updated regardless.

Thanks for the responses guys. I've requested withdrawal via ********** on both occasions. Hopefully that's the issue. I'll try and request another withdrawal via a different method if I don't get this one processed in the next 48 hrs.
Cheers

I have never had a withdrawl issue with Pinnacle either.Might just be ********** having problems right now. I usually withdraw by interbook transfer or bank wire and have never had any problems.
Agree that emailing CS is a pain but they do answer fairly soon

The only problems I have heard of with Pinny were from people trying to use **********. They also don´t seem to like people who use proxy servers.

if your payout is quite large they probably don't have the funds in their ********** account, all of these books are like that, since ********** is canadian only , they might not have many depositors since most canadians probably use moneybookers, just ask for another method, i am sure they would let you

Update: still haven't seen one damn dime from Pinny. For a supposed A+ sportsbook, i'm starting to get really annoyed. I've been a patron of Pinny's for just about 4 years now and it irks me to get 0 response to e-mails and not get my money. I'm a very, very high volume better, so I slightly feel as if they're not paying me out so I can keep betting and lose everything. I've had enough - put in a withdrawl request via Moneybookers for almost the rest of my account. Signing up for a new bookie if they finally pay me out!

The message Pinny gave me after clicking withdrawal via Moneybookers is "Please allow 30 minutes for withdrawals under 3K USD..." My request was less than that, so I SHOULD be getting paid in the next 20 minutes or so. Yet, I have a disturbing feeling I won't.

I really can't believe what I read in this thread. Pinny is not like this. Are you sure you didn't do anything against their rules?

Wow, just because you've all had great experiences with Pinny means I'm lying. Why would I take the time to lie? I haven't broken any rules. In fact, I've still been wagering on a daily basis actively with them.
I've been with Pinny since 2006. Yes, that's almost 4 years now, betting on an almost daily basis. From 2006-2008 they were A+ for sure for me with 0 problems. I've only experienced problems in the last 4 months.
So to those who "Can't believe it", can I ask how long you have all been with Pinny??

Any changes to that payout? I m a little curious have they really not returned any of your emails?? I remember they admitted to have problems using Web$, but moneybookers should be fine. But whats really surprising me is the fact that they have not returned a single email to you.
