This case started last saturday 29.03. when I deposit 50 euros to Marathonbet but after half an hour decision I made an pay-out and withdrawed those money back . So I didn't place any bet with that money. Normally that has taken no more than 3 working days to get money back to bank account but now it is Friday and my 50 euros are still missing.

I have kindly twice asked about my money from support and they have confirmed that "pay-out team" have made the payment and money will be on my bank account soon - and I'm about waiting it now. They claimed it's about my bank now how long it will take.

I'm not very worried yet and I would like to believe what they're saying. But is that normal - or is there some problem that they think me doing some kind of "money laundring" or something? Hopefully it's coming back to my account and they said on e-mail that this kind of withdrawal could take perhaps more time than "normal", but when it's is worth worrying? Now it's weekend and it has taken 5 working days now but how long should I wait if they're not coming?

I have used Marathonbet for a long time now and always all withdrawals have successfully come to my bank within 3 days. So I don't have nothing but good to tell about Marathonbet but this is still worrying me.

At a time when I made the 50 euros withdrawal I had bit over 50 euros there also on my Mara account and there are still but I would get my money first back to bank before I could go on with betting.

Thank you for any further information what you could advice me to do.

Okay, nice to know this place. How helpful to hear. Sorry for asking help. I haven't give a bad word about Marathonbet, having been their customer for years and everything have been alright. But it looks like asking about normal withdrawal-question is a scam.

You have to place a bet/bets with that amount before you do a withdrawal. I did that once, deposit without betting, they will cancel your withdrawal if you don't even bet with that amount you deposited.

Hello! I have also a problem with this joke bookmaker!
I registered and some days later they asked my documents and close my account with my money in!
I sent the documents that they wanted.... I waited 1 week and they didnt reply so i talk to them through chat and they inform me that the verification can last up to days!! So i waited 3 days more and when the 10nth passed i talked to the chat again. When i said that its have been 10 days that i sent the document then they decide to look the email and they told me that i have to send the utility bill again because its a little cropped.
10 days more lollllllll

Hello zochris I have same problem like u with marathonbet.
They suspended my account and I recive e-mail from them:
Your account has now been temporarily suspended, and we require you to submit your ID in order to re-open it.


I send them documents before 6-7 days and still nothing.
In live chat said that it can take up to 10 days

How many days have passed since you sent them id?
Is your account still suspended or nor?


I do not know whether to wait another couple of days or what?
