Based on he huge amount of information you have given, it is obvious that you have been screwed, haven´t chanced your arm on a bad line and that Bet365 are a bunch of crooks.

I propose that we all visit Bet365 HQ tonight, armed with pitchforks and torches and if they do not give you your EUR 900, we burn the place to the ground. Who´s with me?

If you have a genuine complaint, anyone who looks at it on your behalf is going to need a lot more detail.

Changing the odds is better than voiding the bet completely, and is in line with their rules...

The question is what were the true odds at the time you placed the bet. This looks like an in-running volleyball match, so there probably isn't much to compare it to (BWin?) or any easy way to get the data.

Err...they cannot change a bet after the game is finished, right?
And if they change it before that, i disagree - bad line = void.

And if it is a live bet - NO WAY any book should have the right to change odds.
If you make an error on live betting lines, you have to deal with it.
If a book would do this to me, i would leave in a hurry and never look back...

Yes and no, if you put up transposed odds you have the right to void, and in the past if players win they would prefer being paid out at true odds to voiding (if they lose, of course they prefer voiding).

However it doesn't sound like that was the case here. Was the 2.4 available elsewhere, and would there be a timed log on any of the odds sites?

I could find it from my feeds (assuming other sites offered the match in-play) if the OP gave the details. I suspect he won´t however.................. The difference in the odds taken and settled at are too big for this to be anything other than a bad line. I would wager on that.

Exact times that your bets were made.
Do you happen to know which other books had this match running in play?

Were Macerata leading in set 4 when you made the fist bet? What was the score?

Both bets were on Macerata to reach first to 10

The only other book that had the match in-play (that I can find) was BetClic and there was, unfortunately no "race to 10" market.

They did have a "4th Set winner" market, however and at the time you placed your first bet, the odds for Macerata were 1.667 which would suggest that they were leading.

Can you remember the score at the time you made the first bet?

dude, you hit a bad line and you want the win? Give me a break. In 2004, I saw Boise State -2 versus some garbage team (San Jose State maybe) and placed $9,000 on the game because I knew it was a bad line. The line was actually 32. And they just refunded my bet. You can't be serious. No book will honor a mistake like that.

From experience I can say that sportbook's on the internet can do what they wish. They can canceled the deposit which is winning, can agree that the deposit is not received as me 10bet etc.

    Default more bet 365 scandal

Bet 365 have also screwed me over with thier bingo bucks back promotion, promising on thier advertising that if you lose the will give you your money back. What they dont tell you is that you have to deposit £10 on the day 1st into the account. I'm in contact with the advertising standards agency over this and am very close to getting a result from it, more complaints to them from you all may help, the main issue is that bet 365 send promotional e-mail to bingo customers but in the e-mail fail to mention the terms and conditions, hence it is misleading and breaks standard rules. Trading standards may help you Bet365thieves.

    3.65 is very dishonest.
They pull stuff like cutting your limits to laughable amounts, while you still have a rollover to do, all the time.

Yes they pay, but that's about it.

For those looking for more recent posts. Bet365 is a scam. If you don't believe me, try and do a withdrawal. You will not get paid, and those who come to the defense of this sportsbook probably works for the sportsbook. Do yourself a favor, RUN the other way.

Bet365thieves, we both know that when you placed those 2 wagers on that volleyball match, the lines quoted were obvious line errors and you decided to try and take a shot against them. Many books would wait for the result and grade your wagers as losses if you lose and void the bet when you win.

With that being said, no book limits people faster than Bet365. If you have any functionality occurring in your brain, they will limit you to peanuts so they are a worthless book.
