Angry Depserated experience with sportsbookusa.com

Guys, I would like to share my bad experience at sportsbookusa.com with you. Hopefully you will be alerted and avoid falling into the same trouble as I am having now.

It's an old story as many players may have experienced a lengthy wait of payout from a unreliable sportsbooker. It's stated on their page that Neteller payout would be processed within 24-48 hours. However it's not really what I found out.

I requested 2 withdrawals in total $5,000 from sportsbookusa.com through Neteller on Jul 8. When I never received a single penny after 1 week, I sent them emails and talked to live support and been told just to wait and no date could be given. Then fortunately I came cross this site. I decided to try my luck to ask help at here. I wrote an email to Bill on July 20. He replied immediately and in no time he arranged a payout plan for me after talking to sportsbookusa.com. On July 26, I received the 1st $1K payout. Although it's only one fifth of the total, I am very happy coz I was told the rest would be sent to me in following weeks. I thought I can finally get my money back. But until now, I still haven't received the 2nd $1K payout which was promised to be sent to me in 2 weeks time after that 1st $1K. Till this moment I am still having $3,782 pending. I have asked Bill to help again, and hope for good news will come.

Hello Luckwind,

PlayerSupport acknowledges that the 24-48 hour payout will never be made yet they have not made the effort to remove this guarantee from the many Futurebet websites.

In fact, FB is not able to make payouts in 24-48 days.

However, all players who have contacted SBR after being slow-paid have eventually received their funds. I am optimistic that FB will send you at least another $1,000 tomorrow.

Thank you for wanting to warn others about your experience.

I would be worried if it was an IGS site. When one of those books go bad IGS simply cuts them lose like a frostbitten limb, a la Prosbet and Compu.

Futurebet's SportsbookUSA is willing to "bail out" players who get stiffed by one of their glorified affiliates. They add a roll-over but at least they are liable for scams to some extent.

But, once you get bailed out, your new book will slow-pay you again.

Sorry, I meant IGS and not IAG... Interactive Gaming (IGS) and Futurebet are notorious slow/no payers and have been for years. Good old Black Rhino Casino (no pay) was a Futurebet site.

Its amzing how some of these books can be in slow pay mode fro years and still stay in business. I'm still pleasently suprised that I got paid my $200 in winnings from Sportsbookusa's free Bj tournament a while back.

Default FB & IGS

Can anyone give a list of FB and IGS sportsbookers so that we know what to avoid in the future? Thanks!
