We are prepared to offer you the following.
Your money will be reinstated into your bonus account as soon as you have deposited the Euro 1,000 which you have already withdrawn. Both amounts will be placed in your bonus account. You have to turn the total amount over 1 time (instead of 6x) and adhere to the rest of the terms and conditions of Para 10A. All KYCs must be adhered to. There will be no withdrawal for at least 30 days from the placement of the first bet. If these rules are adhered to we will pay you out. We have attached a copy of T&Cs Para 10A.
1. New customers can receive an *************** bonus of up to €200 (or currency equivalent)
2. Upon accepting the bonus offer, BOTH the players deposited funds and the bonus are transferred and held in the customer’s sports bonus balance UNTIL the wagering requirement is met.
3. The bonus offer can be accepted upon depositing, via the instructions on screen. If the player has mistakenly declined the bonus, and/or if the player sees the bonus wasn’t credited, the player may request via email (support@mobibet.com) to have the bonus added manually. This request can only be successfully processed ONLY if an account has been inactive thus far and NO bets have been placed with the real money balance. The bonus funds will be issued no later than 48 hours after the request has been made. It is NOT possible to manually assign a bonus if bets have been placed with the real money balance.
4. This current bonus offer is valid for new mobibet customers who make their first deposit in Sportsbook before the 31st of July 2014.
5. In order to unlock the bonus account and return BOTH amounts to the players real money account the following must be achieved:
(i) The players deposited funds and bonus money will be added together and must be turned over 6 times. (for clarity – a 200 Euro deposit that receives a 200 Euro bonus will see 400 Euros deposited in the players bonus accounts. This combined sum is them to be rolled over 6 times (2400 Euros) before the money is returned to the real player account).
(ii) The minimum odds for an excepted bet will be decimal 1.9 or equivalent
(iii) Single bets and multiple bets are accepted
(iv) The maximum bet to count towards the rollover is 50 Euros (or currency equivalent). For clarity if a bet is placed of 100 Euros the bet can stand but only 50 Euros will count towards the rollover conditions.
(v) Only One bet per event
(vi) Duplicate bets or bets placed on the same event will not be accepted by the system for play from the bonus account and may show as insufficient funds
(vii) The customer has 60 days to turnover the account with settled bets.
(viii) Virtual Sports, Horse racing and Volleyball are excluded from the bonus
6. The minimum deposit for the First Deposit Bonus is €10(or currency equivalent).
7. Only one bonus per customer, household, or computer with a shared IP is allowed. Any abuse of the offer will lead to the closure of ALL of the customers accounts and subsequent forfeiture of any money on those accounts.
8. Upon meeting the turnover conditions (provided there are no open or unsettled bets) the bonus funds will be instantly credited to the real money balance, and will be eligible for withdrawal or further betting without bonus restrictions.
9. Players may be required to produce identification documents (KYC) to validate their identity. Failure to produce documents if requested may lead to forfeiture of bonus or winnings.
10. If the bonus expiry date is reached or if the player wishes to make a withdrawal of funds BEFORE the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be FORFEITED. For clarity, on expiration of the bonus if the client deposited 100 Euros and received a bonus of 100 Euros and had managed to build there account to 300 euros, on expiration of the bonus, 200 Euros would be forfeited and the original 100 Euros would be placed into the real money account. If the client on the same conditions has as an example a balance of 175 Euros then 100 Euros would be forfeited and 75 Euros returned to the real money account. If there is less than the deposited amount of 100 Euros, as an example 75 Euros, then all of this is forfeited.
11. mobibet reserve the right to cancel this bonus or to change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time and it is your responsibility to periodically check this page for changes and updates.
12. The bonus funds are stated separately on the players bonus account. If a player has funds in both the real money balance and bonus balance, bets which are eligible for the turnover conditions will be made from the bonus balance.
13. The bonus may be cancelled if it was taken by mistake but ONLY before a bet has been placed from this account. If any bets are placed from the bonus balance, the bonus cannot be cancelled.
14. If a player has made a mistake and deposited funds in the casino account, rather than the sports account or **** versa, and has been awarded a bonus, the player may submit a request via email (support@mobibet.com) to have this corrected. The bonus will be issued manually to the correct account within 48 hours.
15. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and mobibet may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
16. Use of the bonus is subject to our review for irregular playing patterns. To ensure fair gaming and the proper use of bonuses. This includes any of the following actions but are not limited to:
Low margin betting
Equal betting
Zero risk betting
Hedge betting
Placing single or multiple bets to a value of 50% of the original amount in the bonus account when the bonus account is initially opened on any wager (for clarity if you deposit 200 Euros and you receive a 100% bonus of a further 200 Euros the maximum wager you can bet on ANY bet whilst using your bonus account and until your bonus account is turned over is 200 Euros. If you deporit 50 Euros and receive a 50 Euro bonus then your maximum stake allowed on any bet until the funds are released is 50 Euros). For further clarity this only applies to funds in your bonus account and not to funds in your real money account
Changing play patterns (bet size, game types, bet structures etc) in order to meet the bonus release requirements
Placing large bets which result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or more than 50% of the previous average bet size until the bonus requirements have been met (for example if your first bet(s) are in the region of 150-200 Euros and then you change to less than 75 Euros per average bet thereafter)
If we have good grounds to suspect that you have sought to exploit a bonus offered by us in good faith to enhance your entertainment (for example, on acceptance of a bonus, the minimum wagering requirements are met and funds are immediately withdrawn)
