    conclusion

To all punters that ever intended to bet with these scams - stay away.
To all punters that were cheated like myself - lets organize some action together and put these criminals to jail.

I am waiting for ideas, comments, questions.

They still didn't give me access to my betting history, otherwise I would publish it here so that anyone can see what they consider "irregular betting pattern" to confiscate 1700 Eur after I wagered 5k... as soon as I request a small withdrawal they fuked me...

I advised them to expose their points of view here:

    Mobibet,

I have published all the correspondence between myself and you here:
    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbook...ibet-scam.html

I placed the OLD TC's there, that I signed upon registration and that have nothing about "irregular betting pattern"

I also published my correspondence so far with Oddsmatrix and Skrill. I will do the same after I contact Government of Curacao, Police of Curacao, Neteller, **** and so on. In my opinion you will not get away.

You are welcome to give people your views on the same forum.

    Robert

1 Month ago I opened an account, I made a deposit for 200 and took a bonus from them for 300 eur, after 1 month and hundreds of bets (which I saved) I completed the wagering requirements and then I also tried their casino games, many slots, blackjack and roulette, I won like 50 eur, my balance was 1093 eur and I requested a 500 eur withdrawal, then they immediately sent me email that they are going to investigate a potential break of their TC's for some "irregular betting pattern", they blocked my account and I am afraid they intend to confiscate my money like I see it happened to people on this forum. I asked them if this is a joke and they gave some copy paste answer. I already submitted a complaint to SBR, but they did not answer anything. Did you guys receive any answer from SBR?

February 6 was my deposit date, they had different TC's by that time, see post #37, nothing about "irregular betting pattern" or about withdrawal requests (in my opinion this rule is unique in the history of sports betting: a gambler who requests a withdrawal has his money confiscated... so theoretically speaking now they have rules for defining themselves as a "deposit only bookmaker")

many thanks virtozo, I will report there too

apparently Skrill doesn't understand my issue, this is what they replied:
"Dear Robert Fronescu, Thank you for your email. Further to your inquiry we kindly ask you to provide us with the details of the transaction you are disputing, so that we can investigate the issue further. You will be able to finds the details for the transaction (Transaction ID, amount, date and currency) in the [All transactions] tab in your Skrill account. You can provide us with the requested details in a direct response to this email. With Best Regards, Alexander The Skrill team"

I know my English is not the best, but I do what I can, hopefully they get my point this time:

    "Dear Skrill,

I do not dispute a transaction. I want to report a much more dangerous situation, where big scale fraud is involved and Skrill is used by a Merchant to scam innocent people.

I have registered with this bookmaker Mobibet 1 month ago, made a deposit of 200 eur via SKRILL, because this merchant is your customer.

I placed many bets, reached a balance of 1900Eur, requested a withdrawal and then they have stolen my money accusing me of breaking some rule introduced in their TC's 3 weeks after my registration. If you want details I can submit whatever it takes so that you have a complete picture. I already published my correspondence with Mobibet on a sports forum
    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbook...ibet-scam.html

Many other players reported to be scammed by Mobibet and I have a feeling that the list will be longer everyday.

This merchant Mobibet is a fraudster and I strongly advise SKRILL to block their accounts, because they are using SKRILL to scam people.

I think you should have some department dealing with this kind of situation (when some criminal merchant is using SKRILL to perform its fraudulent activities). Please forward my email to this department, if it gets in touch with me I can provide all the details.

    Thank you,
    Robert"

Hello everyone, I have just found this thread. I also have an account with mobibet, wagered thousands of small bets so far because for some reason they limited my account. Somebody strongly recommended this book to me as they use Oddsmatrix software and they say that is serious business... After reading this thread now I am scared they might be bankrupt or simply planned from the beginning to scam "players from 100 countries+"? I completed the bonus wagering requirement but the money is still under bonus balance, not real money. I wonder if that is another one of their tricks? Will keep an eye on this thread, waiting to see some reaction from SBR. BTW, anyone knows if SBR graded them? I could not find them on any list.

I see their profit margin is 21%. They offer -121/-121 (1.825/1.825 decimal) lines. There is no bonus that can cover this profit margin so i dont understand why people even register there.
I assume you tried to arb out their bonus and because of weak lines you won at mobibet. So they probably figured out you played their weak lines and as every other scambook they call it "irregular betting pattern". They got beaten because their bookmakers are low paid stupid assholes and their managment cant run a floristshop, not a bookmaking bussiness. But you have suspicious east european (probably Romanian) surname and by their standards you are born theif. So they confiscated your money with no problem. They wouldnt do that if you were born in England or Germany. Hope things are more clear to you now.

Tony Cash, they have 2% on major European leagues. The bonus from betbrain is 150% up to 300. Software is Oddsmatrix (good reputation). So there are plenty of reasons for people signing up with them.
I don't think your scenario (with scamming the natural born thief Romanian) is realistic because they simply woudn't need to change their TC's to the actual form only for scamming me of 1700 eur - see below. I think their plan is to steal much more. Btw, in my opinion the one that wrote those TC's is semi-retarded, how can they publish a rule like this: "on acceptance of a bonus, the minimum wagering requirements are met and funds are immediately withdrawn" - i.e. if you dare to request a cashout we fuk you!

    16. Use of the bonus is subject to our review for irregular playing patterns. To ensure fair gaming and the proper use of bonuses. This includes any of the following actions but are not limited to:
    Low margin betting
    Equal betting
    Zero risk betting
    Hedge betting
Placing single or multiple bets to a value of 50% more than the bonus on any wager
Changing play patterns (bet size, game types, bet structures etc) in order to meet the bonus release requirements
Placing large bets which result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or more than 50% of the previous average bet size until the bonus requirements have been met
If we have good grounds to suspect that you have sought to exploit a bonus offered by us in good faith to enhance your entertainment (for example, on acceptance of a bonus, the minimum wagering requirements are met and funds are immediately withdrawn)

I am looking at mobibet.com. Is that right? They have odds on English premier league game - WBA - Man United, over/under 2.5 goals - over 1.87, under 1.8. That is not 2% margin my friend.

I am reading this rules right now and i dont belive my eyes.

And look at this clowns moto - "Mobibet - smart betting"
This is not scambook, this is cartoon-scambook.

Pal, you have been taken to the cleaners.

The most of my bets were 50 Euros.
    But not all of them.

The MobiscamBet owners must go to prison.
And their money must go back to the honest customers.

But how to do that ?

    Hello,

I am from Montenegro and I have a problem with Mobibet just like you guys.I have make my deposit of 100 euros and play more than 30 bets for 50 euros and more and when I want to make my first withdrawal they close my account.I have there about 1400 euros.I have already write to the LGA of Malta because the scams have a license from them to play,I send a hundred of e-mails to the ODDSMATRIX and EGBA.The EGBA only answer it me to my e-mail and they sey to me that MOBIBET have no right to use egba icon and they they will solve it.After that the MOBIBET have move the icon from the site.Anyone have some idea what can we do now?I have try to hire some lawyer from Malta to sue that scam.I was also interested to contact the Interpol police to find that scam...

Please stop this "Skrills fault" weeping. If i am selling potatos online and accept Skrill and after you pay me i dont send you what you paid - it is not Skrills problem or Skrills fault.

Mobibet is probably broke and cant pay you your winnings. Forget about it and move on. Another F rated book, not first not last. There are other bookies to play with. If they give you your deposit back take it and run. That is my advice.

Tony Cash, I have a feeling that you are considered a very smart ass amongst your circle of friends. My question is: what the fuk are you doing on this thread? Why don't you impress your circle of friends with your brilliant considerations and just leave these guys do whatever they think to be suitable for fighting against this plague named MOBIBET. There are probably many other players in danger as they claim to cover 100+ countries.
If for you this topic is not interesting just go away dude, it makes no sense trying to impress
with your cleverness those poor Romanian or other Eastern European victims (the so called thief-borns to put it in your words). Why don't you try to be smart on the Canbet thread for example, to see how you get fukked instantly.

    @hristo1971

I did not said that east european people are thievs, i am sayin how most bookies threat those people. I am east european as well and i am proud of it. You missed my irrony, and you totaly missed the point calling me smart ass...

On topic - Mobibet is scam, nobody will change that. SBR can only flag them as F book and that is it. They are out of bussines.
I dont know situation with Canbet, but i know they were high rated here few years ago, as well as BetIsland. I am sorry for all the people that got stolen by Mobibet but i just dont want to give false hopes.
