    Hey Justin,

    i filed a complaint about BWIN through the system but i haven't heard from you or BWIN as of yet. Did you receive my complaint? nickname: Piratematerial

    I'm new to sportsbetting, and a player from the Netherlands, signed up @BWIN, subsequently placed a couple of bets maybe 3 or 4 and they fairly quickly closed my account.

    they did not notify me of this in anyway.

    when i emailed them about this, they requested documents (ID and cc copies). Promptly i provided them with all requested documents even though this was hard as it is not possible to access the section to upload documents with a closed account.

    they quickly replied that now they finished their investigation and my account would be closed and my funds frozen permanently.

    i haven't breached their TOC in any way. The closing of my account baffles me but the seizing of my funds is unacceptable.

    i really hope you hold some influence with them.

    hope you can help me out in my problems with BWIN.


    Being a new user on BWIN i made about 3 or 4 bets i don't remember the exact
    amounts but i think it was between 200-300 euro's of bets after which they
    closed my account without any notice.

    I had to ask them what happened to my account upon which they informed me that
    my account was under investigation and this couldnt be completed untill i
    provided them with a copy of my CC front and back and a copy of my
    passport. All of which i promptly provided.

    Yes-made a 500 deposit with Bookmaker-w. union-kept trying to log in after I gave them the control #-they said everything was perfect-finally called and asked for internet support-man said in 06 I had debts!!!!! well that was untrue--i was charged 90 by my bank because their echecks numbers were inputted wrong-they were paid and I still had to pay 90 more to my bank for bet-chris 0r bet-us mistakes!!! i told them 4 over 3 months my balance was incorrect in o6-and I was told no it was not-until one day i received a notice from citadell that they were wanting 300.00-i called bet-us/or bet-chris-or whoever it was and they still said i was wong-so i read them the letter from citadell-after a 25 min wait they said they were wrong-and sorry-then this happens today with bookmaker-bullshit-bullshit--

    I receive a lot of Bwin complaints, so I don't know if I have yours. I generally respond to complaints within 24 hours of them getting forwarded to me. If you have waited that long and haven't hear from me, I have not seen it yet.

    I'm re-filing a complaint I have with Wagerhub that dates back to December 21, 2009. Wagerhub still owes me $1,400 in winnings. Justin7 has all the details of my case including emails. I cut off contacting Wagerhub to let things cool down and I see they are still in business. Please SBR, help me out with this case. Thanks.

    Regarding Bet911, I was hoping someone could confirm they received my complaint? I got the automated response when I submitted but nothing since then. Not sure if you're just dealing with several complaints against Bet911 at once. Thanks.

    *update on creditwagering for justin7*
    after I filed a complaint, creditwagering finally emailed me back and told me i would have my money by ** by the weekend...i emailed them yesterday to make sure I was in line for it and they NEVER responded. I got on live chat and was told "processor Issues" AGAIN...continuous run around.
