Default Why are there still books that don't accept Moneybookers??

    Like BetOnline. Youwager. Bodog.

Moneybookers claims to have over 10 million account holders now. You would think books would want to tap into this.

    BetOnline only wants US players.

The main bodog site now too only wants US players, they used to take moneybookers, i assume their euro site takes it.

Bodog.ca doesn't accept Moneybookers even though Canadians can have a MB account.

i noticed that, i have no idea what they are doing with their new geographical targeted brands, seems like that would be a no brainer for canada

Yes it does. The Bodog European site, however is beyond a joke. I think I mentioned before that I have never, not once, been able to place a bet of higher than GBP 30.

As to the posters original question. I can only assume that:

    1) The MB merchant fees are a hindrance, minimum level is 1.9pct
    2) They donīt want to make it too convenient for customers to withdraw funds.

If enough people email their VIP reps moneybookers can get most books to use their service. Bodog.ca was supposed to have moneybookers by now, not sure what's going on there.

Also, if a moneybookers rep would post in this forum it would be excellent.

From Bodog Europe, the Bodog.ca licensee:

We are continuing to explore new payment options for Canada and will be offering additional methods in the future, but do not have any definite dates as to when they will be online. Right now, players can deposit using ************ or gift cards with the **** logo or if they would prefer to transfer funds directly from their bank account, we also offer *********.

    Thank you!

Hi there, if interested, please PM me your account info so I can ask the head of Bodog.co.uk CS to look into your account?

    Thanks!

    Becky,

when I signed up at bodog it gave me a cnd $ account by default. I"ve e mailed them twice now asking if it can be switched to US$ as the rest of my accounts are all us$. Any chance of that. And yes adding moneybookers would be huge.

    Hey there,

This is a CS issue...has it been resolved yet? Did you hear back? If not, please PM me your account info and location so I can ask the appropriate Bodog licensee to get back to you asap!

Well, I have an account with bodog.co.uk and they DO accept moneybookers. However the odds are soooooo low and they limit sharp players pretty fast.
