Sorry that this has to be my first post, but anyways ...

On November 2, I submitted a complaint on Wagerunit ($500 withheld because of erroneous information provided by Live Chat) using the form provided. I phoned the number provided after a couple of days and left a message; I also sent a follow-up email on November 11.

I was just wondering whether the matter was currently being looked into or if SBR would not be able to look into it.

If anyone can tell me the status of this complaint, I'd really appreciate it. I've just found out that the check initially issued (minus the $500 withheld) has bounced.

Now, I'm not only out the $500 withheld, but also my original deposit and winnings to boot.

Still no word from anyone here at SBR ...

I can resubmit it (including the emails between myself and Wagerunit), but I don't want to simply flood the system if someone has contacted (or tried to contact) Wagerunit.

No one can tell me if it's in the mix or not?

PM somebody from the mods and be patient. it needed almost a month until I got some response from them with my globet issue
