I requested a payout on 10/12 for 3k by check.


Called today and they said on 11/19 the payout was refunded back to my account. However, in my account balance their is no history of this and they said it only shows up on there end..
I've gone over my bets and balance for the past few days and it all adds up to what it is at now, no sign of an extra 3k deposited/refunded.


I repeatedly asked how am I supposed to see the 3k was deposited back to my account and I kept getting "it is an internal thing we see on our end."


I also asked why the deposit was refunded. She said there was a stop payment on the check and but she never gave me a reason why. I also never received the check.

Anyone have this issue or any suggestions?(aside from getting another book haha)

I will say this about BetUs. A couple of years ago there was a big raid in Phoenix. The feds busted an illegal book operation. The story was on T.V. What I noticed was that a Mercedes was being towed, and the personalized plate was "BETUS". Caviat Emptor.

They were supposed to send you a check but never did. So the 3k they see on their side is that the check never shipped and we still have it in process and forgot to send it. So we going to lie to you what happen by saying it shows we put back the money into your account. They are hoping you dumb enough to believe them or play along. They did the same thing to me, and they only pissed me off. The only way ill come back to them is if they change their act and give me some cool goodies like they gave some people. The only crap I got from them was a crappy dvd and a calender I could care less about. I want a tv or something since some people got a football and football jersey, golf balls, gift basket and I get a crappy thing.

Who knew that BetUs would swoop in at the 11th hour to come up with the best excuse of 2009? Seriously, that it so utterly absurd that whoever thought of it has to be given credit for their ingenuity.

Not to wish ill will on the OP, but it would be very interesting to see what would happen if he attempted to wager with a balance of $0, seeing that there should still be an extra $3K registering on the Magical BetUs side of things. Maybe we all have some funds that were thought to be long lost, but low and behold show up in never-never land when the BetUS fairy dust is sprinkled over the accounts...

Brooks, it is a ridiculous situation, but you should feel quite reassurred by the fact Justin is on it. Hopefully in the near future you can simply look back on this and laugh, as BetUS is simply taking patheticness to an alltime sub-level.

They did this to me over and over, asking for a single piece of info then when I thought it was all set, they would ask for another piece, and so on; this book is a joke IMO. Its like pulling teeth to try and get your money out of there, much better books out there.

FYI, the BetUS states the money was crediting back to the player's account a long time ago. The sage is ongoing, but BetUS has been very good at communicating with me, and I haven't seen a single "foul" since I've been with SBR.

im not getting it back and as for help, justin is worthless and insulting. I could have emailed them asking the wrong questions over and over on my own.

Justin referred to me in the email to betus as "throwing a fit."

And on top of that, justin still was not asking right question. He emailed them twice saying I was waiting on a payout, well if you clearly read my problem, i am not waiting on a payout. And a obvious question to ask "why was the payout canceled in the first place," never was asked. And i had to email justin my problem about 4 times and he still did not take the time to understand it.

This one is easy. $3,040 was refunded into this client's account on
11/19 at 5:21pm EST. Perhaps he did not notice, as he had a decent
balance at the time, but the 3k payout and the $40 in fees were refunded
to the account.

Let me know if you need anything else.

What happen is..

They waited for me to have a big payday, which I did because of UFC events Nov. 14th and 21th and then they pulled the trigger with this "refund" bs.

post your betus transaction history, if it's there it should be indicated in your account history

thats a problem, it only goes back 2 weeks.

Plus even if it went back far enough, betus has their angle covered, Betus says " the refund will not show up in your "transactions."

c'mon i can see both my betus account history and wager history all the way back since inception, i find it doubful that if they refunded you truly, it will not show up in either of those histories

i agree if that's authentic, then the refund has not been credited on the specific date/time betus indicated, there is no gap in the overall balance between the wagers that would indicate a sudden numerical increase

The way they track transactions is horrible and the money was "refunded" on the 19th but that is not when it was actually put back into my available balance. BUT, the money WAS put back in sometime between the 20th- 21th of nov.

Aside from lackluster phone support, which is no suprise, BETUS did no wrong. Except for canceling the payout in the first place and still no reason.

It's kind of irrelevant, whether they asked him to or not. It appears they are guilty of cancelling a payout without informing him and not communicating with him. This was not a case of stealing, and it is only fair that he state that.
