    Default BetPhoenix Making Good on ISP Situation

    In light of the disappearance of BetPhoenix from the face of the Earth Saturday I must give them credit for one thing they are taking responsibility for the situation.The clerks were nice enough to credit my account with a FP for the troubles of the weekend.I like this book but I must give them another 90 days before I can have over 10k of my money sitting in their.(Its not acceptable for any book to be down on weekends ).In other news it seems Richard has been busy tying up loose ends as he was unable to be contacted by phone.(Lets just hope this is the end of the technical problems for a quality book).

    Yeah I don't doubt that they have done everything they could.. they even had the live chat people take wagers for our convenience.. I can imagine that a lot of the customer service people are overworked right now. Obviously we shouldn't have to worry about that, but I know what it is like if something major like this happens out of the blue. I have talked to them several times over the weekend and they have, as always, been most helpful.

    It is good of them that they credited you with a freeplay. Maybe that guy that have been asking about getting a free freeplay all weekend also gets one so that he will shut it (no offence!)... I don't think I lost anything because of all of this, in fact I just cashed out a hefty amount from them.. but I did have to place some wagers elsewhere yesterday.

    Hopefully BP have learned a lot from this ordeal.. You can't say that they have been blessed with luck the last few months given all the DDOS and now all this.

    phone lines down

    It's a nightmare. I can't believe how they succeed in what is essentially a service industry.

    Just get back up and running so i can bet again. I still have some $ at Bet Phoenix.
