    Default BP, fix this

No, not your ridiculous downtime. When you log in, your account number and password are IN PLAINTEXT IN THE ****ING URL. Seriously. This is horrible fail on so so so many levels. Hire an IT guy who wasn't a 3-time DeVry dropout.

Those deposit confirmation emails drove me bats especially when you have 2 blackberrys on you at all times

Have you pointed this out to them directly?
Fully agree with you. The fact that that this page is active for a very small amount of time is irrelevant, it is horrible in terms of security.

They have been slow with me also today. I hope they get this fixed soon. This is a shock that they don't have this stuff fixed yet. What is going on here.

According to SBR this is a B+ book and therefore in the top 10% of all sportsbooks.

Well if thats the case how poor is the other 90%

They seem like very nice people, their lines are great and they have alot of betting options. Also, no payout problems reported afaik.

But yes, it's hard to consider them a primary go-to book considering the aforementioned issues.

I think this was the first complaint I ever raised with a sportsbook; I got free money somehow (I forget) at a book called EWinner, and they were doing this too. They eventually went busto. Which reminds me of the EWinner girl... had a sports blog before sports were en-vogue.

EWinner.....Christ, that brings back some ancient and painful memories. Man, that seems like a lifetime ago.....

There's no way an A rated book should have an oversight like this. Even a book rated B+ should know better.

Does make you wonder who the hell is in charge of their IT department. When i was in the site today it came up with server errors as lines were displaying. Strange shi#t.

This is horrible, especially for people with no computer knowledge.

Strange operation, hearty bonuses, nice lines, but some strange oversights on occasion that make you wonder.

Good job BP. 3 months later and it looks like they actually have this fixed.

I've never not seen BP respond to good advice. It just take them a while. lol

This book is very receptive to customer feedback.

I would recommend an option for one password to log in and another password to confirm a wager. Two passwords is very normal for online trading, so why would books stay behind? The hacking community is only getting smarter.

I'm actually doing this on my own computer, so nobody else can make a wager from it. I asked BP to change my password, but still have the old password remembered by my computer. So the computer remembers a password at the confirmation stage, but it isn't the right one. lol
