Is Diamond Sportsbook and bookmaker same company?? Long time ago, I tried to open and fund bookmaker account and it was impossible to do it. I wanted to open up a new account at diamond sportsbook but I was pretty sure that I might have opened the account there long time ago so I decide to give them a call to find out. Sure enough, they have my account. But, they put a hold on my account since it's been inactive for so long and also they said I need to change my password. So I gave new password to the 1st rep I spoke with. I waited couple of hours and nothing was done. So I called him again and he said I have to email/fax them the copy of ID. So I emailed them the ID and waited a FULL day. when I called them next day, 2nd rep told me they never received my email and asked me to resend it. So I went ahead and resend my ID. I waited good 6 hours or so and nothing was done again. 3rd time when I called, rep doesn't see any note saying if they received my email or not and asked me to call back again since department is closed. How hard is it to change freaking password??? this place is joke.... I can't imagine how much of run around they will give me when it comes to payout......

Yes they're both CRIS books.

That does sound like an incredible run around. I'd say with all the other options out there why even use Diamond?

I heard good thing about them and seems like they have higher betting limit with decent payout. But I am not using them now since they haven't figure my account situation yet. I don't know what the deal is. I opened my account and never used it. I don't want to change the password but diamond is making me. How long does it take for them to get my email with my Id and change my password??

no budge in their customer service. Doesn't matter how much you have deposited with them; if you don't deposit $300 or more, forget about it on a freeplay.

I like Diamond a lot for their soccer options, but since I've cut back on soccer betting, I haven't dealt with them much. Haven't gotten nearly as many calls from them as I have Bookmaker though, which makes it a lot more worthwhile to play there whenever I'm ready to. Don't have to worry about them calling and begging me to put in more when I don't feel like it, haha.

these two books are the same people, i get calls from both these books CONSTANTLY.... they are crap and slow payouts. diamond i heard cuts players once you reach their "limit" of winnings

There is no set limit. I've seen losing accounts get profiled and I've seen others win and win and still get promotions. It just depends on when something happens to cause a manager to take a closer look.
