Are they a good book? Nobody really talks about them at all.

I don't use them now, but they used to see most of my action. Been around forever and very solid with a ton of wagering options. Money is safe, as I maintained a 40K balance there for months without a single concern.
That's the plus side. On the other hand, I've had some "interesting" times with their CS, for lack of a better word. Also pray that you never have to do a book to book transfer from their site. If so, I would suggest finding a second job to cover the fees. They will limit you and/or remove you from the Loyalty Program, but my experience seems to suggest it takes ages before they do this, as oppossed to a book like Bet365 who slap limits on you about 27 seconds after you sign up.
They do pay though, which is of course the bottom line.....

Raven, I'm Canadian so I can use Moneybookers, which is the only method I've ever used to withdraw from site.
I always withdrew on Fridays (Free up to 2,500) and apart from one single time, the funds were always credited to my account that same Friday. Sometimes hours later in the evening, but sometimes mere minutes later.
