I can't log in. I just tried emailing them and it bounced back to me.

Does anyone know what is going on?

They had the maintenance sign up a few hours ago, so it is probably still ongoing.
As far as e-mails the Phoenix books sent me ~15 deposit confirmations (old ones) overnight, so something is obviously wrong with their systems. I would think they shut down the mail server when they noticed that they were spamming the heck out of people.

Make sure you're logging in to the "New Version" of the site. That works fine, on both the regular site and alternate (At least it does for me).....

I logged in last night. Showed my account balance was 0.00 which would be wrong. But I noticed the server maintenance and figured I would wait until morning before getting concerned.

FWIW, they told me about an hour ago via live chat that they were "upgrading", but the time frame given has already passed.

I'm glad they have responded here -- but the email and phones being down is unprofessional.
I don't dare think what my customers would do to me if my site, email, and phones were down at the same time. At least my competition would be happy.

If they have a home page up, they should have a message with what's going on. Leaving everybody guessing is unprofessional.
