Ha, nobody is crying. And i don't think I would be as angry had this been a rare occurrence. But their server has been down so much in the past couple months it's unacceptable. As much as I like their site I am considering moving my money.

Redundancy changes have been made, and server info packs are purging at this time. It should stabilize shortly. Again, this is not maintenance, the ISP pipe was closed by our provider with really no notice. We have made the switch to a CR Inet provider at this time. However, servers will be purging stored info from lost calls and info packets that were in que for awhile so it will be choppy for a bit longer.

When these things happen, we need to pressure sports forums to downgrade them.

It's the only way to force them to run a good book.

I put in 30+ hours this week for today's games and I coulnd't get 5 plays in , and guess what, they were all winners.

Being in the IT industry, I understand that sometimes, unplanned events occur. I have been trying to get action in all day, but have only been successful in a couple of small time windows this afternoon. This is not good.

With uptime being so important to a business like this, a company like Betphoenix should have a disaster recovery plan in place (i.e. a plan for when a DoS attack occurs, a plan for when a server explodes, a plan for when a hurricane/earthquake hits, a plan for when the ISP shuts you down, etc.......)

As a customer, I really think Betphoenix has come a long way, but events like this remind me that they are still newbies.

By the way Betphoenix, I would be happy to discuss the disaster recovery plan with you and help you set it up. A little project on the side never hurt anyone.

Big Daddy. I remember when Bet Jamaica had problems online and I did not have any problems over the phone at all. These guys needs to get their act together so if they have problems online then they could handle the phone calls. I am very disappointed with them and they should give us something for our trouble. Yes I agree big Daddy. I am so glad to have an account with them also. I have never had a problem with them at all. I am just sick also that I could not get much in from Bet Phoenix also today. I am glad I made my main bets last night now. I did get a couple of bets in this morning. I just think that they do need to say hey here something for your trouble for Saturday which you may have won for. At least they could do that for us since their phones were down also.
