I have been receiving several paychecks from them previously. As I request for a reload bonus they said I have to lose all my winnings back first.

I had a bit of cash in my account there and lost it last week so I asked about getting a freeplay on a new deposit but they said that I would have to deposit $5500 in order to be given a free play as I had won and withdrawn previously. I assume $5500 is the net amount I've won from them, I knew I was up but didn't realise it was so much.

They don't give out signup bonuses either, they denied me and won't give a reason. I'm canadian if it matters. Had me send all kinds of documents, which I did. Still won't give it to me. Scumbags.

Funny how the SBR casino has more class compared to BETSCAM. BETSCAM likes to offer piss poor default odds payouts on some of their casino games. They were made aware but failed to change the payout odds. Plus you have that POS Herman PISOSHIT who likes to lie to the customer. Instead of being a man, he is a mouse and doesn't stand by his word. At least I was able to recoup 1/4 of my money.

I would think anyone over the age of 12 realises they impress no-one by posting anonymously to other anonymous people on an internet forum. And I'm a long way over 12. Maybe I should stop posting payout figures on the payout thread too if someone's that insecure to read every posted figure that way. I'm sure most people are able to take posts for what they are, an experience or piece of information. Attached to posts may be figures because, in this instance, to say I was net+ at Phoenix could mean $1 or $100000, the latter would be obvious to not get a free play but the former may not be.

Not sure if you're talking to me KR, but exactly, why should they? The only places I've played at which gave reloads were when I was a net loser which makes perfect sense to me -well on the odd occasio I think I was a small net winner but they added to my next deposit but in the main that wasn't the case and rightly so. When I was reloading anyway at Betphoenix and some had said they were different in this regard, I asked if it was the case but absolutely didn't expect them to say yes.
