I don't think they are garbage, but their live chat is useless as it takes a looong time to get to someone there. I find that it is usually better to just send an e-mail and come back 30 minutes later.

I would like to see them expand their offerings some. MMA is only the day of and they usually don't put up the undercards, but I have to say their customer service is among the best. They have so many customers, and they are a rare book were we seem to actually get more compliments then complaints even on our "complaint" form.

With Paddy Power for example, It would be a surprise if I didn´t have my money within 2 hours of requesting a payout.

I have no problem if BetJam want to focus on their core customer base (US recreational players), but I would agree with the OP,they have a lack of betting options and an inflexible website (lack of decimal odds is a good example).

In general, it appears that SBR will give an A rating to any book which offers financial security to US players, regardless of other deficiencies.

By what possible measure can you give BetJam the same rating as Pinnacle or Betfair? By any objective comparison, they are in different leagues.

I've closed just about all my Euro book accounts and the couple I retain are likely to be gone soon as they just won't take a decent bet.

I don´t disagree with you TBH, the vast majority of European bookies are for recreational players only. The fact that they are so quick to limit, is a major drawback.

This though, is not really the issue. Does BetJam (or any of the US facing books) deserve the same rating as Pinnacle or Betfair? A cynic would point to the banners at the top of this page.

And you cannot compare Pinny to BetJam, sure if the rating would be about low juice high limit top class books only, it would be Pinny as A+ and the next book at D...but that's not how it is.

Totally agree.
Pinnacle is just so far out in front as far as bookies go. The only one deserving of A+.
I'm fast coming to the conclusion that Pinnacle, Betfair and Matchbook plus SBO for soccer are about the only 4 I need to keep funded for sports betting

that´s how SBR decribes it´s ratings. So if Pinny have much lower juice, much higher limits and a much wider range of markets. What is it that BetJam do better to deserve an A+ rating? Is it just that they accept US players that puts them in the top 1%?

Don´t get me wrong I have nothing against any of the main US facing sites, and I use them quite a lot, but none of them holds a candle to the very best in the business.

I agree with Dunder. I tried BetJam once and it makes it hard to have a life with always waiting for lines you think are going to come but youre not sure 100%. I know some will say that only the NFL and NBA are important and I dont understand why a book would bother to have the least betting options, but thats just me I guess.
