i surrender completely now Unibet.com have just confiscated my £3000 withdrawel and wont pay it unless i provide them with a passport or driving licence and like an id and i dont have those , ive not a passport yet and would take ages to get one . I sent them birth certificate , bank statements and DC but its not enough they say and they wont even put the money back on my account to bet with . Worldbet.com dissapeared for good with £7000 of my money aswell , you cant even access there website now and you still have them as an f on here which is stupid .
I wont be betting any longer bookmakers dont pay up , i thought unibet were ok not any longer .

You are not prepared to get a passport if its worth £3000? This is madness. You can even apply online for a passport at direct.gov.uk ... it shouldn't take more than a month.

I didn't realise any book would accept a birth certificate as proof of ID, I've only ever known them to accept a passport or driver's license. You can easily remedy your situation by spending £5 on some photographs and £77.50 on a passport using the post office check and send service and you'll likely have your pasport in two weeks. Then, for the next ten years, you won't have this issue again. So it works out just over £8 per year to have proper ID.

You are welcome to fill out a complaint. Unibet seems the most strict in the UK when it comes to demanding exact security docs. They usually won't communicate directly with SBR, but sometimes an email from us does get the ball rolling to some type of resolution.

if you do not have a DL or passport then do not bet online. very simple. most if not all the euro books ask for documents, especially if you won more than deposited.

you have to understand them (Unibet).They need an official document from you with your name and PHOTO-passport,ID card or DL-one of the three.

Otherwise I can get my brother's birth certificate and pretend to be him-go to the banks,take loans,etc.
