anyone been limited with this book? i wonder if it is just me or they follow 12b model - aka 250 max bet

Are you talking about soccer? To what amount did they limit you? Would like to hear some details pls, as it is said they are one of the best books for soccer.

Standard maximum for soccer bets is GBP 1500 (in terms of exposure for the book). They WILL increase this if you are a regular and ask them to.

Limits on US Sports are much lower (GBP 500 or so). Have never had occasion to ask them to increase this.

They are a very good book.

they always offered 1500 - 2000 pounds on soccer, but now it is around 250 max. don't know what to think

Hmmm.... don´t really know what to say.
My net position with them is plus GBP 22k (4% ROI) for soccer bets and they give me higher than standard limits.

If it´s a new policy, it would be a real shame. I take it you don´t play obvious arbs or anything else that would flag you?

Limits are still high , and i play ''obvious'' arbs for many months . A must have book for arbing .

They limited me to 1000GBP for everything a while back. Not used them so much since.

This seems to be pretty much the route the Asian books are going, unfortunately.

Austin, could they be limiting by jurisdiction? (What country are you in?)

SBO and Pinnacle seem to be the only 2 books not afraid to take a bet, so it would be really odd if SBO had started limiting. Other than location, I can't think of any reason why one player would be singled out for limits.

I would have Pinnacle and BetFair on a different level to anyone else.
I would trust SBOBet more than any of US facing "A" rated books TBH.

I have no idea why SBR don´t have a rating for them.

It would be easy enough to offset a juicy SBO line at Betfair. For smaller stakes I would figure there would be hundreds of arb opportunities involving SBO every week.

Anyway that doesn´t answer the question as to why they are limiting you. Have you asked them?

When they limit, it's a cap on everything. They can have lower market limits on the smaller sports though.
