Default Skytower - Slow Pay

On the 15th of October I sent the following email to SBR regarding SkyTower but have had no reply:

I requested a payout of $1000 by Neteller on 16th of July 2009.
I received $500 by Neteller from Skytower on 8th of September.
I'm still waiting for the other $500 and still have a balance of $1,997.

Can anyone help with this?

They're sister books with Island Casino/Sportbet?

IIRC they have terrible e-wallet service and routinely lie about the availability of payouts via these methods.

I have been waiting since June for payment ... they paid me about half the amount due to me ... still owe me $2200 and they are not very responsive

I am not sure why they are still rated C... 6 month and still no end in the horizon for payment

come on Justin7 get them the rating they deserve D at best

I made contact with Glen the MD of Skytowers and complained that I got paid about half my balance in 6 months and he replied that this is pretty good considering the fact that I m not actively playing on they site...

I m not playing because I m not convinced I will get paid, smart guys.

I still cannot understand how a book who pays clients over months or even a year is still rated C on SBR.

yeah me too obviously this site is suck...
They have a very slow payment processing.
And they don't give you any reason for this..

I haven't seen this complaint, but I can confirm the other one. Skytower is a sisterbook to Gambler's Palace, and I have 3 complaints against that book as well.

I've still not been paid.
Also, unless I'm going mad, it seems they have now changed their log-in to only allow 7 characters.
My password, which used to log-in fine, is 8 characters and now doesn't work, so I can't log-in.
The main CS email bouncers back. I've still got just under $2K in their and am concerned.
I would be grateful for any help

We are discussing several issues. Some I raise (rollover disputes and slowpays) and some they raise (identity fraud issues).

I helped this book a year ago - writing a lot of its rules. Not sure how the current disputes will play out... They put out some ridiculous moneybooker bonus offerings, and these are causing them some headaches. When they get this batch of slow-pays resolved, I've offered to help them fix it, and do more rules work (*after* the players are paid)

Justin7 - I v seen you resolve big disputes on the forum but this one has been dragged for 6 months with very little change... still dragging it along and ONLY you can resolve this with a bit of pressure

Present situation from me:
I received a $500 payment from a $1000 payout request back in June so they still owe me $500 of it.
I have a balance of just under $2k. They have now requested ID, which I'm sure I had already sent them months ago.
I've sent them several scans of ID today but my passport has now expired.
If they need a new one I will get it but this will take me a couple of weeks.
As for the log-in situation, they keep saying that their log-in system allows for 10 characters and my password (8 characters) works fine when they try it. But if Justin (or anyone else) wants to go to:

and type in some random characters in the password field you will notice it only allows 7 characters, unless I'm going totally mad. Their "forgot your password" link on the home page, which I hoped I would be able to reset my password threw doesnt seem to work.
Not sure what to do next.

Tommo, perhaps becuase you are new on SBR you are not aware of it, but SBR can help you get your money from Skytwoer... they have helped many people in the past and they will help many people in the future to get paid by books like Skytower. What is amazing about them is that they never say that will not pay you they in fact say every time I contact them that they are going to process my payment asap but they seldom do... I have chatted to at least 40 times since my original request and they just do not stop piling up lie after lie and empty promises... absolute joke of a book

Just an update for every interested party on this book's payment or rather lack of payment to me:

After Justin7 intervention 2 weeks ago, Skytower paid me another $500 which brought my balance down to just over $1700 and that is 6 months since my original request.

They promised to make anther payment the following week if I do not post on SBR ... so I promised to stop for a week.

Then they decided to do further ID verification (another delay tactic) in the from of proof of address / utility bill.

so I immediately emailed them my Mobile-phone account - they said that an account like that is not satisfactory as a Utility bill... so I emailed them a copy of my Bank account and still no action and they insist on a Utility Bill...

I said to them that for any institution the world the 2 documensts I sent them will be more than sufficient as a Proof of address... but it seems that Skytowers have their own rules.

I have no further words to describe this bunch...calling them Thieves is an huge understatement.

Justin7 is the only hope I have got with them.

In any case a C rating for these guys is most definitely a trap into which many innocent players can fall easily.

Jason they are not crooks ... they just take very long to pay......... in many peoples' eyes that kind of standard is OK, I mean the standard of paying client whenever they feel like it or when they manage to collect enough money from other suckers to deposit with them .
