    Default Proof?

    What kind of proof do you guys keep to show your balance at a book? If a book screws you and zeros out your balance whether on accident or on purpose what type of proof would you need for SBR to be able to do something on your behalf??

    Screenshots are the only way forward. Even then the book can claim that they have been 'doctored'. Taking screenshots is great to cover yourself but in reality, you can have all the evidence in the world against a book but if the book won't budge on their decision, there is F all you or SBR can do about it.

    I never even thought about taking a pic, just always think that if I encounter a problem, SBR can fix it.

    I screen shoot everything (even Pinny) just because. Once you get in the habit you have good records going back over a long term. Balances aren't an issue.

    I've never bothered to take screen shots of my balances. Used many different books and have never been screwed.
