Get best of both worlds open at 5 dimes and another account at matchbook. Easier to deposit at 5 Dimes and they transfer to matchbook. I do end up mostly betting at matchbook. Gold-Pay is terrible tried it once got a big mess.

Agree completely. I love the book itself, but their customer service is terrible. Fortunately I've never had to deal with Tony, but all the other guys I've dealt with are real douchebags.

Agreed. During the NBA playoffs I was betting a ton of props just about every game. Thankfully I recorded them all down. About 3-4 ended up being pushes that they graded as instant losses. If I hadn't called them out on it I seriously doubt my money would have been refunded. I remember live chatting with somebody about one of them, and basically blowing up saying this is like the 4th prop in a month that you guys have screwed up and tried to declare a loser hoping I won't catch on and complain about it and I'm f'ing sick of it. There only response was basically "yawn yawn sorry sir, accidents do happen, our supervisor isn't hear right now we'll fix it when we get around to it, anything else I can help you with?" Yes fix my ****ing prop and quit grading pushes losers. Guy kept acting like such a douchebag, I finally just threatened SBR complaint, he straightened up right away and my prop was fixed in 5 minutes unlike the overnight wait until the supervisor showed up whether I liked it or not he originally claimed. I hate their CS staff

5dimes is far from a A+ book. Read around the net. This book houses crooks, and Tony allows it. Then he lies about it. One of the top private forums on the net had a thread about it last night. I have a feeling it will hit many sites shortly if Tony does not do the right thing. It could get ugly.

Its a good book until you win 60-80k and then they cut you from 5k limits to 500 dollar limits bascially telling you to take youre money and get the hell out.
