Thumbs down I can only bet a maximum of $44 at SIA

I had full limits for almost two years and last night I got collared and my maximum bet was $110 and after a sent them an email asking them to fix this my maximum bet was changed $44. What gives?

Emily you will shortly get an e mail to the effect of "Our risk assessment department has advised us you have hit the maximum allowable winnings for a recreational player. Please be advised your limits have been adjusted to reflect this".

I got limited to 110 3 days later to 44 then 1 week later to 0. Once I withdrew my account was locked.

It depends generally, but if you are constantly on the "right" side of the number with very few-EV plays it can be as low as 7K most times people will get limited in the 10-12K range.

Their booting e-mail is one of the best I have seen.

They congratulate you on your winning play, then the news that "the risk assessment department has determined...."

I'll look up mine if I can find it and post it, it is classic.

Matchbook or any market books are necessary. i remembered you don't even need to send IDs for matchbook... it is like they don't even give a crap about it. the more bets people are wagering, the more money they will make.

    44 is a great number because it's a $44 to win $40 at -110

I don't see anything even close to a term/condition referencing "allowable income" -- am I missing it?

Just curious, but what does it take for a book to have it's rating reduced?

    LOL.

Nothing wrong with a 10K separation agreement.

I actually made it up to 13K.

I only made it to 8K peep. I did have a good weekend where I won 7K and withdrew 5K. I probably could have gone higher but with their rep I wanted to get my 5K out then play with the 2K after. I think the withdrawal triggered there security department.

I have not used SIA before. How are ya'll making so much money that they are limiting your wagers? What is different about SIA than other books?

Extremely opinionated lines. Why not get the extra point or sometimes more for free. Looking at a few of tomorrows games. You can get Carolina +2.5 -105. Pinny +1 -106. Just one small example.
