Online, I can only look at wagers 1 week back. Every A+ book I know of lets you go back at least a month, and most much further than that.

I contacted BP CS to get an older wagering history, which they can provide early next week...But when I'm updating spreadsheets, the last think I want to do is beg for my own account info.

I still love BP... but if you want my vote for an "A" rating, you need "A"-rated reporting.

Wow. In 1 hour, BP got their crack programming team to do reports dating back at least 1 month on the "New" website.

That, or it was already there and I didn't see it from using the old site.

there site keeps changing. There was NHL team totals for 4 days and now they are gone again. I don't know if its a programming error or just they don't want ot provide such options. Hopefully they put them back on.

I requested my wager history from mid-October. Manager told me to expect it in a few days. Within minutes of hanging up the phone my limits were slashed in half...again. The wager history never arrived.

Limits are negotiable there. Talk to Richard. Don't bet steam. If you originate, I think they are a lot more tolerant.

Richard calms down peeps who complain over SBR, that's right.
But it is very obvious that BetPhx aims for square action only, even a public book like BetJamaica only gave me a delay and didn't cut my limits. Phx does everything, cutting limits, delaying, and putting back to -110.

This book is a joke with how quickly it limits bets and takes away -105.

This needs to go away if BP has any hope of achieving an A rating.

wow.... been using bp for several months and never realized that there was a tab for "new and old" sites... The new site is much improved and cleaner... Wish I seen this several months ago since I lost a significant bet when I mistakenly bet a first half in baseball instead of full game since they all listed together in old mode...
