Stop 10bet theft HELP

Hello,

I am Ivan and I will told you how http://www.10bet.com/ theft me for my money!

I search internet and find 10Bet offer for bonus 30% bonus for first deposit to 100euro. I like that promotion and I register on 10bet ,make my first and second deposit:

day: 03.11.2009 in 20:40:13h in value 110.76 euro
03.11.2009 in 21:50:09h in value 113.50 euro

They gave me bonus only for 1 depsoit it's 33 euro.
I place all money from my account on 10bet, I can say I was lacky and win!
Affter couple bets on my account was 2.393,30 euro .
Becouse I make roll and comply Terms and Conditions for my bonus I want withraw my money. First they told me I can't withdraw becouse my **** card have some problem. I wait couple days and try pay out again and same situacion was, my card have some problem.
I lose my patience and make pay out on my moneybookers account.
I contact 10 bet support and they told me I must wait 3-5 days to transaction.I wait couple days and when I have to reacived my money on moneybookers I just get one message from 10bet. In that mail they say :

Dear Ivan,

Your 2 deposit attempts from 03/11/09 were not successfull and the
funds were not received by us.

subsequently, your placed bets were cancelled.

Your CC will not be charged for the transactions.

For any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

They lock my account !

I go to my bank and they gave to me prof for my deposit .
10bet take money form my **** and when I want pay out they just send
me back my 2 deposit .
Just like you now nobody can't make bets if don't have money on
account.Like I say i use my money and place bets, win and on my account
was 2.393,30 euro.
Proof that I have money on 10bet is this two pictures. I make this two
pictures becouse thay told me to make picture with my pay out problem.
Also in atched files is proof from my bank. It's bank code that is a proof
that 10bet take 2 deposit from my **** card.

I can send on private mesage orginal pictures with my full name,my user name on 10bet

I can't bealive what happen to me! I make deposit ,place bets ,win and when I want
pay out they lock my account ond take my
2.393,30-deposit224,26 =2.169,04 euro
They steal me

Can somebody help me?

First step is to confirm with your CC company whether 10Bet were given authorisation codes for the transactions is question.
If so, you have a case.

I have never had a problem with them! The only small gripe I have is that they are quite slow to settle/grade bets.

Withdrawals have always been quick.

Did they cheat you Moonbeam? Similar case as the OP?

10bet pays, but they void 50% of your winning wagers for no reason after the event has finished.

For me that´s the same than an "no pay"

And that´s the reason they are a scam book.

They don't care what I say and what proof I have.
Now I will atach my bank proof with 10Bet authorisation codes for the transactions. On this pictures you can see that I have 3 transaction that day
2 on 10bet and 1 on bet365. All transaction was APPROVED AND SUCCESSFUL.

I ask them why they lock my account but I don't get answer from them! Why? Simply if I login on my 10bet account I can make pictures for all my bet what I place and win.

Now did you now ho can help me? Did exist some organization what can help me to get my money?

Avoid 10bet like the plague

Now i am very quick to defend Euro books when i feel it is justified but not this bunch of thieves.

They will rob you, thats a fact and if i am saying that you can only imagine how bad they are.

Though they are not European, they are Israeli owned and operated for the most part out of Israel no matter what there "license" says or what their address is.

Any hope of getting anything from this shower is almost zero

On the assumption that SBR cannot help you and that you are sure that 10Bet received your funds, what you need to do is write to 10Bet and ask them for the name, address and principal of their primary regulator. Advise them that you intend to pursue the issue with that regulator and, as necessary take legal action.

10Bet is actually regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, but by asking 10Bet for the details, you make it clear to them that you are not going to accept this "theft".

i once deposited at 10bet, after awhile i made a withdrawl for which i had to wait like....3 weeks, and tht's it, bye bye 10bet, altough they have good odds.

Ivan. You need to write something like:

Username: xxxx

I refer to our previous communication where you claim not to have my CC deposits. My bank confirms that these deposits were, in fact, received by you. For the sake of good order I am again attaching evidence of this fact.

I expect you to allow my to make a withdrawal in the amount of Euro 2393.30, i.e. the amount of my deposits plus the amounts won.

In case you do not allow this withdrawal, I fully intend to pursue this amount, plus any costs incurred through legal action. I also intend to file a formal complaint with your regulator. I believe that this is the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, however for the sake of good order I would ask that you provide me with the name and postal address of your primary regulator.

I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Their SBR rating is C. Based on my personal experiences with them, I would rate them higher than that. Of course, when you hear a horror story like this, it does make you consider whether you want to have your hard earned funds in their pockets.

In my opinion 10bet's business model is based on 'avoiding withdrawals' (at all costs, whatever it takes).

I've played there a few years ago when I received a nice bonus-offer. Being a little naive and relatively new in the betting-scene I accepted it and deposited some cash (about €200). I managed to win some bets, make the roll-over requirements and requesting a withdraw. And there the mess began. First of all I didn't hear anything for about a week (7 working days), when I became a little worried and sending them a mail. 2 days later a reply: "you have not met the roll-over requirements and therefor the money have been put back in your account". WTF! I met the rollover requirements easily (even over 150%!) and sending them a reply when I calculated it for them. 2 days later, a reply: "We have a lot of bonus-abusing lately and you have to roll over 10 times the deposit now." (instead of 6). WTF2!
Sending them a reply stating I don't accept it and have accepted the terms and conditions with a 6 times roll-over. Reply from 10bet:"Ok, we're sending you the money". 5 days (!!!) later they send the money to my Neteller account....but...too less! They charged a massive 8% interest from my withdrawn amount. Long story short and a lot of mails further: they put the 8% back into my 10bet-account but that took a lot of time and effort.

I hope you'll understand I will never touch these crooks again and avoid them at all costs.

Edit:

The main problem with 10bet is that they don't look like a 'stereotype' scam (E/F rated) book. It all looks quite professional, trustworthy and the lines are good.

I wish you all the luck with this case Cooler and I hope you will receive every penny these thieves owe you.

Ivan. Do yo have anything which CLEARLY shows that these funds were taken from your CC account? The picture you posted before was not clear (it just looks like a spreadsheet and has some information that looks strange). Do you have, or can you get an actual statement?

This is a proof of my bank with timbered. You can see approved codes for transactions. They took my 2 deposit in reserved money. Whan I want payout thaey just charge back my money on my **** card and lock my account on 10bet

I see, so you are saying that those two transactions on Nov 9th are 10Bet refunding your initial CC deposits whereas they say that this money was never received by them.

I am certainly no expert on these things - can anyone advise what you need to prove that a merchant received funds or that such a refund was actually initiated by the merchant?
