How long should it take for SBR to get back to me regarding a dispute?

Hey all,
I filed a dispute to SBR a few months back regarding non payment from the sportsbook and casino Gamblers Palace. However, I haven't heard anything back regarding the issue and was wondering how long SBR usually take to process disputes?

Is it the casino part you are having problems with? if so you may get more joy out of Casinomeister.

If you don't hear back in a week with a status, I would re-email them.

Thanks for the replies. Yes it is the Casino part! Worst gambling site I have ever dealt with. I had been directed to SBR originally by another forum user who seemed to have successfully withdrawn funds from them after SBRs intervention.

I will try re-emailing and hopefully hear something back this time!
