Question About Rebate Wager Regarding Green Dot?

Can the Green Dot be either a ********** or ****?
Or is one of them a more preferred/better way to go?
I only ask because a store a few blocks from me offers
Green Dot in both **** and **********. When I went to
the website, it only lets me order a ********** by mail.
Any info/insights/experience with either or both much
appreciated.
