Books are easy targets for players to jerk around with.
again, this doesnt make sense.. who says they had to go "through the system"
they dont have to do a bloody thing.. this is gambling online . its frowned apon by all forms of government and its not like im gonna go to the cops and say a bookie online stole my money. that would be like calling the cops cause someone stole your pot crop. they dont have to fake an ip they dont have to do anything, why keep sayin this b.s? all they have to do is say "this player used his computer to make the bet" and people like you and justin say "ok. it must be true, cause they said so"

so like i said before, either you are the most naive sonofabitch , or you indeed have personal ties to them some how and are offended.

i would not be causing such a stink over 50 friggen dollars if i was lying.
in fact, the cost to renew the bandwith on the godaddy server im using to create the sportsinteraction fraud website has allready cost over 200.

does it sound like i give a shit about the 50 bucks or that im wasting time making bullshit up playing childish games.

    im takin those assholes down

I edited my last post with apologies to Brakon00, I went off rambling and should have stuck with just the start of that post.

Basically -- how would a top book handle this situation which is bested summed up by saying: Player initiates deposit which ultimately fails, but the player wins money -- can the player keep the money or what happens?

They would have to to put the bet on to your record. Are you still denying you bet the $50 parlay?

oh. ok. i see. you mean.. put it on my record, like the same record the guy on the phone from sia said straight up to me didnt exist. that no bet was made on my file after october 13th.. oh.. ok that record.. let me guess, you can now show a made up record showing bet activity that is just going to happen to match what sia says lol
wow. once again. you fail to grasp the common sense of this all. you or sia can say whatever they want and open up any editing program on your computer and say look at these bets you placed lol. none of it is legit because i didnt place the bet.
best part is, even if i did place that bet (which i didnt) it wouldnt change the fact that sia billed my card after that without my knowledge and authority. and there reason for doin so was that i supposedly filed a chargeback, which my bank proved i didnt.
so once again. stop defending thieves.

hey guess what, i was there that night lincoln was shot. i can show you a pic of me poundin beers with good ol honest abe just seconds before... i swear the pic is legit lol

You didn't do a chargeback, but the transaction "appeared" like one. It was processed and later failed (through no fault of Hellodestiny). I wouldn't call "foul" on SIA for believing this was a chargeback, although CS could have handled it better.

The real issue: did Hellodestiny do a $50 deposit and a wager? SIA provided IP logs which suggest he did. While I have never seen SIA fabricate evidence, it can happen (Shilbet massively defrauded players by changing winning wagers to losing ones).

I wish you would let me get the logs from your ISP. If your ISP shows that your modem wasn't even on when the deposit/wager was made (while you were on vacation), this case gets very easy to decide. Without that though, the best evidence I have suggests that someone entered your apartment, made the deposit and wager.

im not giving anymore personal info because i dont need my service provider or anyone for that matter knowing my personal dealings. when i reflect, its bad enough i gave you all my CC info and let you talk to them. anyone who really thinks i would go through all that/this just to be lying about anything needs to give there head a shake. but its all good. like i said.. for the millionth time.. i dont care bout the money, this is personal. so you dont even need to reply anymore. anybody here can call me a liar . i dont care anymore. i wont stop though. my website will be launched. i will pay out of my own pocket. i will advertise. i will do whatever i have to for sia to take notice. they will change there ways.
also, for the record, i contacted my card provider again to get detailed explanations on the way there info is detailed etc, and she said once again, indeed my card was compromised and emailed me the form to file a chargeback if i decide i want to, but said once again theres a fee, and it takes quite a bit of time..
so.. if sia never actually stole my money, and we are square.. why did the CC provider not only tell me otherwise, but send me a chargeback form?

i know why... because every single friggen thing ive said has been 100% true. and the only people denying it are employees for sia, or have something to gain financially.

end of story. sia will pay.

    A few thoughts....
Do some research before you deposit.
    Choose an A rated book.
Choose the easiest deposit method possible. **** ********\ **
Verify the transaction on your end people. If the funds don't clear your account assume there's a problem . If you do not choose 1 of the deposit methods I recommended and place a charge-back\complaint of any kind against the deposit you made assume you will have a problem when attempting to withdraw .

Sounds like the 2 loud mouths with complaints attempted to scam the site in the first place. Now both are sad because they got beat. Regardless, Use an A rated book and this won't happen. (hello is the only 1 with a legit complaint imo.)

Well it is never easy to tell in such he said - they said situations. There is, however the old adage that there is no smoke without fire and there is a lot of smoke when it comes to this bookmaker.

I would add that I have never used them so have no personal experience to draw on.

Do I have your permission to post the image where you altered the name on the card?

justin do you realize that there are 2 cards in my family. There is mine. there is my wifes. we both have cards. it is our bank account.
Neither one of our cards were signed at the time. When we made the error of signing our cards wrong, SIA just pointed that out and said to resend with the correct signature. My wife and I signed the wrong cards. There is nothing fishy about that. SIA knew it was an error and said to just correct that and we would get paid. I sent you ALL of the emails stating this and you still did zero. you are a punk.
federal offense if my wife accidentally signs my card...lol...you are such a fool. An honest mistake. REMEMBER JUSTIN they sent a 3rd party form, so we were allowed to use each others card. The signature part was just an error. It did not matter who's card we used, so why would be on purpose anyway? You make zero sense.
Also, why would SIA tell us to fix it and we would be paid if that incorrect sig was done? why?
we have the same last name, same address, same everything. SIA knew what was going on and had zero problems with it until we wanted a payout. they would have kept our money and not said shit if we would have lost- CORRECT???? they would not have needed our signatures or paperwork for shit in this case, so the money would have been lost correct? they would not have known to send anything back to us. But once we wanted a payout 4 days later, they scammed us. How could you not get us paid on that alone! this is what makes you a joke.
so you can try your little bullshit of a forged signature. such garbage. They knew that was an error. made long before SIA came around. They sent the 3rd party form and said to fix the card and be paid. then you came along, took a cut from them and covered their scam. you are an online predator, not a protector.

Do you understand you are not allowed to have multiple accounts?? Why do you love to use marginal books or worse?? Maybe if u weren't a complete jerk people would b more willing to help u. Hope you get your $$, I can assure you that your attitude is not helping. Just use more reputable books in the future and this won't happen.

    BigWooly,

You were tossed from SIA years earlier for doing a chargeback. You used your card to deposit an account in your wife's name. You then forged your wife's name on that card. Your first attempt was very sloppy. Not only was it visibly obvious, but you misspelled your wife's first name on it. After that, the card issuer confirmed that your wife's name was not on that account number.

If you focused the same energies towards handicapping that you did on envenoming this site, you would be doing very well. At risk of shooting myself in the foot, why don't you spend more time in the handicapper think tank?

    Doh!
IF this is true then you deserve all you get BWM. Further, every other complaint you have on this board about bookmakers acting in bad faith should be seen in this light.

You are a crook and the more idiots like you that get found out, the better.

There was never ever a charge back ever against sia from me. You just made that up to look better. You are a fool. You are also making up the shit about forging. That is a total lie. I am glad that is what they told you. Listen to this you giant moron. We told them who's account and who's card we were using. They sent us a 3rd party form which we filled out. The card was signed by me and mine signed by her. We made an error. Simple error. They sia said it was fine. We even had them call the bank to confirm to them. Sia said it was great but it was a scam. If I had a chargeback, then why would they let me charge again??? I never had one idiot. You spread roumors to make your scam better????? You are a dumbass and you are an internet predator. And thanks for the handicapping comments. I am the greatest NBA capper to ever live. My lidtime 13 year % is 68%. Nobody and I mean nobody can come close to that. Justin, you are such a dick sucker. Sia bought you off for what? Scum bag.

    BWM, wtf is that?!?

    Post from you on 10/24/2009:
with SIA I should not have gone back to them after a chargeback years before. This was a lesson learned. Justin did try and help me, but at the end of the day, he felt I was not in the right. I can respect the decision although I thought it was weird. They did return the deposit, just kept the winnings. oh well, we all moved on.

Post by melinsurance79 on 6/23/2009 (when your whole mess with SIA started):
you guys think what you ya want.
do not call and solicit people if you know who they are and they husbands have had chargebacks.
we told SIA on the phone that my husband had these chargebacks- DID YOU READ THAT LAST SENTENCE. we told SIA about these chargebacks and why...they said it was fine.
its ok, believe what you want. meanwhile, I will tear them down.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but you and/or Melinsurance79 has said on many, many occasions that you did chargebacks on SIA in the past. A quick, easy search on you/melinsurance79 & chargeback shows the truth in this case.

Without a doubt, SIA is a crappy book in terms of treating people right.. but that's no reason to lie about what did/didn't actually happen.
