Hello. At once I wish to apologise for the bad English. I open account and deposit 8700$ to betUS.com. I planed make bets only on European soccer(seldom on others European sports). After two weeks to me have reduced maximum win amount on soccer to 100$. I tried to find out the reason but and have not received the answer. Then I have decided to take away back the money. But has been shocked when has learnt that I am not able to do it as should make bets for the sum more than 80000$ to complete the bonus rollover. Thus I planned by bets on soccer complete the rollover requirement. Now it became impossible as it is necessary to make more than 8000 bets (it will take 3-4 years). Dialogue with the manager has changed nothing. To me have advised to bet on American sports. My remarks that I bet exclusively soccer and knowing that if I will not have possibility to bet on soccer would not deposit so many money, have changed nothing. There was such situation that I cannot make bets and I can not take away money. Make bets on American sports I don’t want because never it did and as a result I will lose all money. Help who knows how to me to decide this problem?

It's not fair to cut limits like that, and require the rollover. If you fill out a complaint form, I'll be happy to contact them to address this - BetUs has been very fair since I've dealt with them the last 3 years.

I have the same $100 limits now. And somehow 90k in action only counted 30k towards rollover, I suspect they are not counting soccer bets.

They have some weird rollover rules. Props and ML's dont count, and maybe soccer doesn't either.

They have very specific and curious rules to what they count as "action", No half time bets, baseball is half of your wager, the amount counted is the lesser of the action or "win" portion of any wager on any wager
(which kills the whole money line to eat thru your rollover angle)
I figure I need to wager about 20 to 30% more to actually reach the requirements.

is everything limited. If you have 100 max. You can attempt to scalp out...bet 100 on anything you need its only 800 bets and bet the other side at a ruduced juice shop for every 100 you bet you should get about 94 back you would have to use matchbook for this my caclulations put you around 6500 left i out of 8000. You should be able to make these wagers in a month.

Well I want to tell you guys, I did not see too much of a difference in BetUs and other A rated books, their payouts are somewhat fast, option the same as other guys, odds maybe a bit worse, but what i don't understand is why in the world would you take a 100% bonus...you should know better that 100% will not come FREE and this is just asking to implement some rules to keep the money as long as they can...I mean come on, if you are walking into Hilton or MGM sportsbook and ask for a 100% match bonus, what will you hear back? just play like you are in the land book and you will be fine, betus is not bad as long as you are smart

they are a great book if you don't take the bonus. I put money in make a bet and take it out no issues. NEVER TAKE A BONUS WAY TO CONFUSING and just f'ing stupid. Baseball only counts towards half so if you bet a minus 110 baseball game it only counts 50 points. So I asked why this was. football it counts dollar for dolalr and the guys tells me baseball is MUCH MORE predicatble. WTF is he talking about? The odds are the odds the chance of a -200 baseball fav winning is the same as -200 in rodeo a prop bet football it doesn't matter. That place is only good for NO BONUS

80000$/100=8000 bets by 100$. It is impossible to make these wagers in a month. It's takes 2-3 years for me. If I knew it never would deposit there money.

Is it possible to make a withdrawal fom BetUS without it costing you at least USD 50?
They accept deposits via Neteller, but you cannot withdraw this way.

Great book? Well they do have some good odds/lines but that doesn´t matter if you lose the benefit in transaction fees.

Yes you are right 800, was mistaken. Only it does not change an essence of the matter. 800 bets will be occupied from me with a lot of time. And if max will cut to 25$ it will occupy four times more time. In general it is unreal.

Its not that much you could make at least 100 bets in a day with ease. I'm just trying to help you. I know it sucks but what is your option? You have to go for it don't you???????? You could bet side and total of every single football and baketball game it sucks but 4 weeks you would be out no doubt...

They are a great book for prop bets and making money...no issues at all and a great website. Horrible for regular betting HUGE spreads in lines but there is value with them in my opinion. No value taking bonus...bonus stinks

Also they have returned back 4800$ which have taken away as the money won by me by freeplay. In general once again thanks, now I will try to complete the rollover as soon as possible and to take away money.

Are you sure? I'm interested because I hold a balance there. Also, I made a successful Neteller withdrawal in Sept09 from them. Has this changed since.
