sportsbook.com update on payouts
Alright so I've posted a couple times about sportsbook.com, where I've been playing poker for about a month now. I originally had 2 withdrawals and those were processed fine, and then 2 recent withdrawals, one for $2500 and another for $1050 resulted in an email message from the support centre indicating that due to processor problems, cheques no longer can be sent to non-U.S. customers (i'm in Canada). Well it took about 2 weeks but I finally got a cheque from them today, as apparently the processor problems are now fixed again, and my other withdrawal request was also received through moneybookers. So I decided to post this message just to be fair, since my last message was a warning against using sportsbook.com. Anyway, I did get paid even if it was a nervous ride, but I also won a second half bet on tonight's nfl game so I shall see what happens if I request a withdrawal on my first win in the sportsbook side of things.

If with thebesthereis in that I got my withdrawal via wire in less than a week. If you make sure you have sent in all the necessary ppwk b4 you will be fine and get fast payout

Its amzing to me how people that clearly don't have a clue post. I got paid 8900 in less the 24 hours for free the other day. What in the world are you talking about?

Sportsbook.com is a disgrace. It amazes me how full of shit you are. Anybody who knows anything about online gambling knows Sportsbook.com is not even a real book, but a bunch of crooks. Last summer they bounced a check on me and I wasn't able to withdraw $4,000 for months due to processing problems. **** them!

sportsbook.com does pay but they have a bit of a tarnished reputation because they have taken from players with multiple accounts.

Requested 6000 wire transfer payout on Monday...in my account Thursday.
Problems in the past but payouts as quick as any A book currently. Those with problems in the past I totallu understand..........but they are currently paying very fast.

Places like thegreek I have kept up to 15k and never sweat...which is a small amount compared to some.

they in face DID have a problem a few months back with bounced checks...i do not know why but there was. ive been using the book for yrs and never had any issues with payouts being slow or bouncing checks myself... ive heard about the issue, but that is in the past. ive seen them with much higher/positive feedbacks now and things have gone better for everyone using it. just because some people have bad experiences with them that doesnt mean that they are "crooks"... they are well recommended on many other large wagering forums.

They are well recommended on other forums because those forums are also run by crooks who will overlook anything as long as their affiliate check clears each month.
They may be paying most people now, but sportsbook.com still stole millions from players in the past.

well, when you start gambling online. you start with them, because they have the name. You go Sportsbook.com, well here's the main book. This must be the best place...
I imagine if you lose a whole bunch and reload huge amounts, they'll pay out big amounts no problem.
The dude who's account is steadily growing, I want to here how it turns out later.

Avoid Sportsbook.com
This site is a scam. They are relying on the fact that some people would give up and not follow up to get their money. Let's just suppose if they give troubles to 100K people for $100 a pop, that's $10 million, not to sneeze at. They may choose to pay you if you are good enough for their business if you know what i mean. The people who are defending this site are the ones working for them or are making money off from them. Don't be foolish and throw your money away even if it's $20. Remember they are somewhere in Costa Rica and i've been to Costa Rica, nice country but very iffy with the regulations. Basically you won't see your money, they'll keep hooking you bit by bit.

Anyone who's been scammed by Sportsbook, that is so many of you, please do yourself and others favor and take the time to report them to **** as fraud, if each and everyone of us do this **** will eventually take some action. I will to work for trust and safety. Believe me if even complaints are made, this team will investigate. Please report even if it's been months since they scammed you. Please take the time, this will help others avoid the scam, don't underestimate how large of a scam they are pulling off.

I recently joined sportsbook.com and depostited $200.00. I won a few bets and tried to make a withdraw. They are saying that since i live in the state of missouri they will not process withdraws. Is this bullshit or do all betting sites have i rule like this. Any advise on what to do. Thanks

It's bullshit that they allow you to deposit and gamble with money they never intend to pay, however on their rules page...
"We accept players from all over the world including the US. However, we are not currently accepting new accounts from the states of Missouri or DC.

So I'm not sure what you can do...

Actually, I just looked at the sign up page. There is no option to put Missouri in as your place of residence. How did you get around this? If you just put in false info, you're screwed.
