Hey all, newb here. Just curious, I just started betting with thegreek and was wondering how fast they are to limit you? Reason I ask is, after opening my account about 2 weeks ago I'm up 3K. I went to make a wager this morning, clicked on my pick and it disappeared. I called CS and they said "Oh that bet is offline, give me a sec.... Ok its there now." Not sure if it was simply just a glitch or if there was a trigger set off. Maybe i'm just being paranoid, anyhow thanks for any help!

I've been there close to 8 years, am up substantially, and have never been limited. Well, I think their props used to be $500 and are now $300, but that might be clear across the board for everybody. You have no reason to be concerned, at all.....

Was there less than one year. First i was limited to 500 via internet then delayed, then asked to leave or make phone bets--which is the same as being asked to leave. BUT, it was all done with alot of class and I wish Wally would let me come back. Thank goodness for the coming of exchanges. will not be any need for all the game playing and silliness.

katstale - Was there any particular reason you were limited, then asked to leave? That was another one of my concerns. I use Comcast (US internet provider) and they do not offer static IPs so my IP changes every couple of days. Hopefully it won't be a problem.

Notwithstanding Katstale's comments above, there's only been one instance where I can recall the Greek banning somebody. It was years ago so I'm fuzzy on the details, but it involved a Formula 01 race where the field was greatly reduced, making this players wager a surefire winner pre-race. Something like that; Apparently a person(s) had some massive wagering advantage and was then asked to accept that his plays be cancelled or pack in his account. Something like that.

yes bookies will reduce limits to players, but it is not the case of the greek, if you play it fair you will not find any problems there

Greek limits/boots for many reasons, they hate steam plays above everything else..while Pin or BM would never limit you for betting steam, as they control the market and use line moves for their own advantage.
