Its been a long time since I checked in. 3 years ago I was a very large wagerer but was stopped cold in my tracks when all my money got tied up in Netteller and Pinnacle blocked US players.

I would love to play again but here are my prerequsites for making that a possibility. Please fellow players, chime in if you have any solution.

1. Must be able to play at Pinnacle.
2. Must be able to transfer money between multiple A rated books and my bank quickly (in the past I used Netteller).

Any suggestions?

No way to bypass the restrictions I guess. has anyone heard of any progress on a possible change of the law that restricts players?

Pinny doesn't allow US players. But there are tons of other solid books that do

No their is no way around Pinny if you live in th states like I said gambling has to be legal again in order for Pinny to come back

Is it really as simple as "move to Canada" Don't you need ID stating you are a Canadian resident? This surely would take months if not more to acquire. Move to Canada is the easy part what about when you need proof of being an actual resident there and not an American.

You just need a non U.S. utility bill to open a pinnacle account.

You don't need f\*\*k all if you have Moneybookers account .
With MB you are pre aproved .Pinny never even asked me for any ID . And i done god knows how many withdrawals .
Well again MB not available in the states .
But there is way around .
I made a post at the other forum about a year ago on how it's done .
All you need to come to Canada for a DAY (if you have friend here).
If not come rent some shit apartment for a month and go back home .
Come back a 2 weeks later ,you will have your MB verified and you can open any account any where you want(to verify MB they send you a latter with i don't remember how many digits to enter in your account to be verified, so they don't ask for ID) . To solve your IP problem there is Remote Assistance in your windows (just look in All Programs and you will find it) .
So lets say if i hook you up to my work computer (setup remote assistance) you can access Pinny and MB or any other book from the comfort of your home .
Or if you just wanna open account at Pinny it will take you about an hour .
You can get prepaid CC in your name in less then 15 min up to 5K daily limit .
But to take the money out you will have to come to Canada and rent a place ,or you will need a friend with Canadian mailing address .

Thanks for the info GL its good to know what about if I wanted to rent an apartment do I need some type of **** as far as my resident status goes? As far as taking money out in Canada would you pay US taxes on it?

Apparently with the little research I have you can obtain a Canadian bank account fairly easily. As I live only 15 minutes away, perhaps I should make a run to the border and find out myself You ever have to show/scan/fax picture ID to deposit or withdraw Dunder?

Can only speak about Moneybookers from this side of the pond but, yes I was asked for a scanned passport/driving license. This was part of a ´security investigation´ but I would guess it´s normal procedure.

I wonder if that is really standard procedure, Vitalyo seems to suggest otherwise stating MB had never once asked for picture ID, perhaps at their discretion only if they want to investigate an individual further. This of course would be detrimental to the efforts of any Americano. My guess is their assets could be frozen if it ever came down to that.

If I recall correctly (and I could certainly double check), Neteller have never asked for picture ID. Is Neteller available to Canadians?

Uh, for those of u planning on using a moneybookers account from USA soil, I would say "forgetaboutit".

Last two times I visited the states my Moneybookers was blocked by IP all the time I was down there (I am Canadian).

Hehehe . I'll tell you why . If you are in Canada and your internet provider is an American company .It will read your IP as you are in the States .
It happend to me back 6-7 years ago StanJames bloked my accout .I had to call them to sort it out .

Its becase if you wanna fund your account via wire or register bank account with them .Yes . I did that too.
MB puts 2 small deposits in your account and you have to enter them on MB site to verify your account .
But if you wanna deposit via CC you can get away from this process .
So when you wanna withdaw from MB you ask for Cheque .

MB has only 2 funding options Wire and CC.You can't deposit via cheqoue or Bank Draft.
But to take the money out 3 options. Wire ,Cheque. MBMasterCard The last option only for EU members only.


Anyway DID THEY ASK YOU FOR ID passport or driving license ?
