    I had a problem regarding my account and this book provided excellent customer service (Hector) and response time.

    Carib have fantastic customer service. Their response time on the memo's is great, far better than some live chat services imho.

    Also can confirm, they have an A+ support, which is rare from a lot high rated bookies (Betcris, BetPhoenix etc...)
