I'm trying to know some opinions about this mess.

Some people says that nothing will going up, but I think that's not true.

BOL wasn't only pinched. The investigation uncovered evidence that the enterprise had links to both the Gambino and Genovese crime families. They are charged with enterprise corruption as well as money laundering, promoting gambling and conspiracy.

In this case, all BOL customer must be worried cos I think we may problems with our money. Although the company is located in Panama, is linked with all this shit and I think that US & Panama authorities will freeze their bank accounts.

I requested a ** or ** last monday and they told me that they dont have these services available right now and offer me a free check. It sounds good, but I dont like it due to it smells like shit . I think all clients will be having a big delay receiving our payments and sincerely, I dont like to work with a book with this kind of problems.

I can't understand how SBR upgraded betonline's rate from B- to B if they're in this problem.

requested a check on friday, recieved today. i cannot imagine the panama authorities shutting them down. the y are liscensed in panama. and continue to accept depsoits from us and all over the world. the panamese governemnt would take these players funds?

I use BOL and I didnt have problem, but Im worried about my money. If I posted it cos Im lookin' for your contribution and opinions. If you all, the old players, think that BOL clients must be cool, I'll be cool.

I'm not trying to start a mass panic. I only need a SERIOUS opinion about this mess to know how can affect us.

One of the concerns with a big brand like Betonline getting bad press is they could lose the willingness of money processors. If payout times increase more, more people reach for their money and there is more strain on the remaining processing resources. It's a cycle we've seen quite a few times since Neteller left. The strong books come back but not before their players experience delays for months. BetOnline has been one of the best processor equipped books since processing was a factor and theyve been able to avoid this scenario so far. We may be able to upgrade them again soon. Some big players plan on withdrawing upper 5 figures and we expect them to be paid as usual.

when i have asked them, they tell me there name was in the stories for no reason at all. they say they had nothing to do with any of the suspects and are a post up shop only. is this true? can you confirm this??? they basically say that it was all a lie.

Well, BetOnline.com is post-up and the reports were related to stateside cash transactions resulting from PPH/Credit websites ran out of their operation. BOL states that none of the names mentioned are on the parent company paperwork and are part of the company's structure. The parent company was not mentioned. Any agents or credit business in the states know they are taking a risk and may be arrested. It is ilegal and thos in that business know the liability of booking in the US. Any good international post-up book makes sure it is not connected to this liability.

Not really, they take deposits from America and Canada and that's it, no one else.

Seems to be Nicky. If processors don't back off there is no reason withdrawals won't be as fast as before.

Are you going to test a big withdrawal and let us know?

Don't want to sound like a shill and I'm not but I signed up just to post this after seeing this thread. I actually made an initial 220 deposit with Betonline Oct 22 I believe. I rarely read these kind of forums so had no idea of their problems with the US government. Anyhow, I turned that 2200 into about a 3 or 4K profit or so since then. I have requested 2 checks of 800 dollars (gotten one of them took about a week and half, waiting on the other but didn't request it until last Friday). I also have requested two moneygrams of 800 dollars, picked one of them up last week and was just informed tonight the other one is ready to pick up (they are ready the same day it appears).

Long story short I'm getting paid with the book but its not like its a large amount like I suspect some of you have. But for now I would feel fine about my money being there (and I still have about 925 there).

I really needed your opinions about the situation. Actually, I'm feeling good with my withdrawls in BOL. Seems everything is cool for the moment.

I'll keep playing (and winning, I hope). I'm newie in this kind of business and I really really needed to know why BOL was post-up on that report. I think I was scary for nothing.

Still waiting on my wire which was requested October 20th or so and showed "paid" in my account on October 22. I was told 10 business days max but its been 17 business days. They said 10 days from processed but they are They won't provide any other info.

If there is an ex-A book where your money is not safe at all, it is BetOnline.
There is no reason to play there anyway, if you are not a square they will try to steal from you.

thanks billy, i swear i didn't even see this post at all and it's been exactly 2 weeks now.. and i thought you were avoiding this whole BOL saga. thanks man.. i will send them $$ tomorrow.. i haven't won a game there yet and this is my 3rd deposit. my acct is at 0 again.. time for my 3rd deposit. not sending a large amount, i am using my ****. it's very tough to find a book that accepts ****, so that's why i love BOL.. I feel much better now after your post.
