    Vestabet365 not paying

    Hello

    I deposited in this new site www.vestabet365.com that offers a 100% bonus up to 200€. They asked for proof of adress and ID document that I promptly sent. Bonus added.

    They limit to 250€ per bet and 400€ in pending bets, so, only 400€ you can play each time with a 4000€ rollover.

    I did the rollover and asked for a withdrawal of around 1100€. The problems started.

    They asked for a new ID document and a picture of me holding it. Plus, a bank transfer to moneybookers prior to depositing in Vestabet. Since I bet for ages I always have a nice amount in moneybookers. I went to the bank to find a transfer to moneybookers from my bank dated of 2008. The nice lady printed this information to me from the internal bank system. Then they asked an extract for the respective amount entering moneybookers. Now that they confirmed this situation, they want me to go to the bank and ask for that document signed and sealed from them. Also the picture that I took with my cell phone is "blurred", which in fact in not.
    I know that other people are complaining at forums for the same reason. I know that if I send this documents again they will ask more and more things.
    And Im not sure if sending this documents to this people is safe.

    Im writting this post not in the hope that I will receive my money but to stop and prevent more people to enter this mess. I already sent an email to LGA asking for the confirmation of their license that you can click in the site as S&E Entertainment Ltd.

    Also their live chat is in Skype and they have no phone number. Or Poker section. Or casino Section. I should have known better.

    I am pretty sure they are scam. In their Facebook page the only two people saying that received a payout are Facebook accounts registered one month ago, and both accounts with only one picture and no posts.

    Not going to dive deeper..may be I am the only lucky may be not. But I dont see any sense to spent a lot of time and money to obtain LGA license start working and do not pay 1100 euro? Looks like bulshit..
    Why do not put here result of complain? Have you already get feedback? If output is nothing so for what those authorities are? Usually there is output either negative or positive

    So many scammers these days - it's hard for the honest punter.

    I sent a mesagge to them at 28 October, with a request of payout my funds. After that, I sent them many scans of my ID card and other documents. They verified them over a week, and then I received an email saying:

    Dear Mr.
    We are very sorry for the delay with your account verification.
    Your details have now been verified and our payment departments will complete your payout within 3 to 5 working days.
    Once again we apologize for the delay! Thank you for the understanding!

    and then this email:

    Dear Mr.
    We have sent your information to our payment department.
    And as soon as we hear from them we will contact you!

    For my disgrace I see this thread too late, but at least I see I am not the only in this situation, here another affected with vestabet365

    I registered there around three months ago, I made a 200 euros first deposit, I had 200 euros bonus, and like many of you send them a copy of my ID and billing adress to receive my 200 euros bonus at the start.

    After a hard and long rollover , I finalized it with winings and when I asked them by skype about make my first withdrawal , they told me they would need another ID document like driver license, two photos of me holding each document, screen captures of my neteller account showing my personal data, the operation deposit in vestabet from neteller, the operation of deposit in neteller from my bank account, a screen capture of my bank making the deposit to my neteller account....unbeliable

    Now that they had all these documents from days ago, they each day told me that if I made the rollover correctly and this takes a lot of time because I made a lot of bets.
    They told me my rollover was 8000 euros and it was not finished, because they told me they gave me 400 euros bonus, I explained them they were totallt wrong, my bonus was 200 and my rollover 4000, they said that I was right, but they need more time to study deeply all my bets, check my documents and see if my rollover is ok, and many days since this is happening

    How do you see? Is the same to you? What do you think? Should I make anything? What are you doing? I am going to post all this now in the most spanish language sports betting fórum to know how this "bookie" Works and that for the momento, they dont pay to their customers that did everything legally there with a very long and hard rollover, sending all kind of documents like never in the past I had to do and now find this situation....

    You are not going to believe this, this is the most incredible thing that I never read.
    I just receive an email from them, telling me that they checked all my bets to see if I finished the rollover correctly, and they wrote me a lot of bets that they said don't count for the rollover.
    I had a rollover of 4000 euros (although they told me yesterday that my rollover must be 8000 euros, but when I told them about their mistake, they change this to 4000)
    Anyway, when I made the rollover and was betting, I was checking and writing every bet that I made and discounting it from my count for the rollover and checking it with their automatic system in the web, that was discounting the rollover right
    My surprise now is that they wrote a lot of bets that were right, but now they say that don't count for the rollover. By curiosity, I checked first three of them and they were two matchs of football Draw No BEt matchs that were win and a over/under games bet in tennis. Both correct and with enough odd for the rollover and discounted by the system
    I ask them for example what happens with these three bets, and asnwer to me, attention, that the two football bets "were Copa Argentina, not Primera Division and they don’t meet the requirements for the rollover" and the other "is tennis and this sport doesn’t apply for the rollover "
    What name would you put to something like this? And I only ask them for the first three, mamma mia what they can be inventing to voiding me the rest of bets.
    Tennis and football match of cup don't count for the rollover? What the hell bad joke is this? Of Who are they making fun of? And they tell me that I can see in their rules. I didnot check their rules today, but the day I acepted the bonus I am pretty sure they didnot have such a shit of rules
    And currently, is impossible that a bookie have such rules
    Well, and read what they write after all my "void" bets for the rollover
    "The rollover you had to complete was 4000 euro, from it you have done only 563.05 euro.
    And there was 3436.95 euro left to play. But because you have broken the rollover rules you must play another 9043.34 euro.
    In total you have (3436.95 +9043.34) = 12 480.29 euro more left to play to complete the rollover"
    Is not this a total and clear robbery and fraud? Because they don't want to pay, they are asking for all kind of shits of documents, delaying everything, inventing new rules, cheating...... PD:: I checked now the conditions and they were totally changed from the day I accepted the bonus and with this excuse they tell me I did not finish the rollover

    Vestabet365 more responsive to price declines but can sometimes be able to catch something interesting. because I played there.

    This is the biggest thing that I never saw in a bookie. They go on holidays for a month and the customers, well, the customers, relax and wait for a month without can bet, ask for a payment or Access to their account
    Anyway, it doesnot matter, because it would be the same that the bookie were on line or not.

    never play at books who have not been around for a few years. then check them out before you deposit. even then you have to understand that you are still at risk.

    i really do sympathize with you and i had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago with Titanbet and i will never ever sign up with another offshore bookie again they screwed me around stupid and all for the sum of £60 and as i have posted on here before it is a scam they use to withhold/delay and stall payment, the holding ID bullshit was requested by them too and i told them where to go. I come from the UK and hold online accounts with all the big guns in England and bet pretty heavy and i have been asked for ID a couple of times and it was sorted instantly no problems whatsoever with payments if i win normally in my account within 48/72 hrs max but Titanbet 12 days of insidious lies and deceit and i eventually raised a complaint through SBR and they got things rolling for me and i eventually received payment. If you stick with the big guns Corals, Ladbrokes, Hills you cant go far wrong but i have to say i only really back horses and football i am not into the casinos etc so i suppose it's what you are looking for, but my advice is to fill out a complaint form and see what happens. But it really pissed me off no end to be honest as they even disabled the on-line chat as they knew they were in the wrong ! they even told me my birth certificate was invalid and they wanted to see all 4 corners of my utility bill and when i said they were violating the data protection act they refused to make any comment. Their streaming service was pathetic as was their markets, quite a horrific book and experience to be honest and as i stated to one of their so called support team why didn't you ask me for ID when i deposited £100 into the account ? why are you only suddenly interested when i won ? I wish you good luck but they are breaching the data protection act big time by asking to see a detailed copy of a bill as it is strictly private and confidential they only need to see the address on it and that should be definitely suffice but like i said it is just a stalling scam

    Vestabet put in touch with me. They told me that they not were going to re open the web, that they were going to stop operate definitely and the most important, that they recognised their mistake with my case. They wanted to reach an agreement with me because they told me that they can't afford to pay me my full amount
    At first they offered me a litlle part of my amount, very low, but after some exchange of messages, we agreed one amount that was over the half of the amount they owed me
    They asked me for my bank details, and a couple of days later, I had the amount in my account

    Well at the end I did not have my full money, but at least they were honest, they stopped lie and invent excuses and they paid me near the 60% of the full amount pending

    If anybody is interested in the exact amounts or have any doubts, please contact me or write over here
