Default Fnbpay?

FNBPAY is a relatively new method of performing transactions on BetPhoenix. Has anyone heard of this and/or use this as a method of deposit and withdrawal? I hear its a viable option for US clients making transactions overseas. However, is it safe and worth using...please share your experiences.

I don't think this organization is what it claims to be. The site was set up via rentacoder. The supposed Mexican parent bank fnb.com.mx has a website with all text in English. That site uses an invalid SSL certificate and is hosted in US. Googling doesn't show evidence of any banking activity by a "First National Bank of Mexico".

hmmm...interesting. I wasn't aware of it until BetPhoenix brought it up.

Bookmaker now offering this Mexican-based e-wallet also. It would be great if this was Neteller 2.0, but I'd urge caution. Integrity is pretty low on the list of words associated with Mexican banking. Even if your money is safe, is this company really willing to bear the heat from US authorities? (Free advice to FNBPay: Don't have your CEO live in Malibu.)

Nice email from bookmaker with a link to fbnpay.com instead of fnbpay.com

I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with a Mexican bank and that bookmaker is behind this.

This sounds like their level of competence.

No, it really seems to be with a Mexican bank. I filled out the basic info to create an account.. just didn't fax them anything. I'm not exactly sold on it being secure...

Kind of odd for a Mexican bank to have their whole website in English only. You'd think they might want it in Spanish.

The FNBpay.com site isn't the banks site... it's the site for this particular service.. which I'm guessing is aimed at US based people. I really don't think it's a BookMaker site/program.. as the first poster found out about it through BetPhoenix -- or are the two sites somehow related?

The bank's site appears to be http://www.fnb.com.mx/, which has English and Spanish. I've also gotten an email from Angelo from an fnb.com.mx address and, as far as emails go (which isn't very far), looks legit.. with 'legit' just meaning from the bank. I'm too lazy to check and see such a Mexican bank exists.

But... like I said, I've not sent in any paperwork. I'd love to hear people's reviews.

yes, bookmaker, in costa rica, has spanish speaking employees

and that site has like 12 words in spanish and the rest in english, you'd think they could do a bit better

Phoenix was created by a former Diamond/DSI exec.
