I have accounts on Greek BJ Matchbook and Bookmaker. The Greek has the worst software by far. Reviewing past wagers and account balances is almost impossible. I felt i was shorted on a few wagers and there is no way of going back to verify what my balance was. Their website is very weak. I think Bookmaker is the best of the four.

Oh ya.. to check your balances, click on the Account Services right next to review wagers.

The Greek is the only bookie I know who doesn't provide a decent account history. I think you can only review the last 4 weeks. Now, this might be a good thing if the history limitation spans across all their records of the clients. Somehow, I doubt it though.

Just look some of the other guys and compare...see for yourself. I know that screen very well you hit account services and review wagers and a calendar pops up then you have to hit each day to search for your wagers...it really is archaic just see for yourself. All I'm saying it could use a major upgrade. That being said I still use them all the time customer service and payouts are tops.

I can't bet at Pinnacle anymore but I can still check my betting and deposit history from like 7 years ago.Greek and others should be able to allow this also.

i like the good old no-tricky software at greek

i hate the cris/bookmaker software, last drop for them is that they USE SPYWARE, that would never happen at greek

i will write more wide article soon about it, but have you heard about iesnare? SOL cookies? if not, you have to be concerned. Look left bottom in browser while you are "performing security check" after login. You will see it there. Instal firefox plugin called BETTER PRIVACY. Have a fun with that.

Yes I have seen that. And why do they need it? With their full juice and high fees, it's not like they are some casino that you are going to go bump off their bonus with 10 different accounts.
