I'm from Finland and have played with them. They pay fast and safety shouldn't be an issue as they are backed by government of ALand. They are a recreational book, so Limits are small on many markets. Something like 200€ per pop on NHL was the norm when I played there last time (They take more on soccer, don't remember the exact limits now). They do have some original numbers time to time. Might be worth a try.

From recently they use Unibet odds, they are 100% legit, their ALL profit goes to charity so all losers should play there.

SBR should rate them highly.

Safe as a bank. They have same odds as unibet nowadays, and same limits as well if you are already limited at unibet.
