Laura, as I'm sure you noticed, there are a number of threads with respect to this book. Mikegold has offered some good advice above, and if you browse some of the threads there do seem to be some people actually getting paid, so maybe see what steps they took to apparently achieve the impossible.

The miracle email will not help getting your money. Send an email to this address, contact LGA, annoy them with emails and phone call and contact admin of SBR. Never give up since it will take time to get your money, be patient and do not make the mistake twice.
