    Default BetPhoenix's improved risk management

I've mentioned a few times that BetPhoenix has some money leaks.

They made a significant improvement management to risk in the last couple weeks. Lower limits early in the week for everyone, and increase them on game day.

It may not sound like that big of a change, but it is. This is much preferable to targeting out single players with lower limits all week, but leaving new accounts with game-day limits all week. You have fewer people feeling discriminated, and you make yourself a much smaller target for well-financed fraudsters.

Changes like this make me more comfortable keeping a large balance here.

    Good to know.

Can't wait for your book. And I don't mean writing...

I'd settle for more than a dime on gameday afternoon, over the phone. I'm not that damn sharp.

Interesting, and as I continue to post---BP is solid.

I am not a big enough player to be affected by BPs limits, but any movement that demonstrates their reduction of risk and committment to a better playing experience is good for all of us.

This is news to me but great news at that.

This will only be noticable with bigger betters though.

I am happy to see the higher limits in the mornings for NBA.

They are A- book now for sure. Enjoy my play there every day.

NOW..... lolol if I can just convince them to start up an exchange to compete with Match and the new Cris offering--my xmas stocking would be filled.

    Richard?? Good idea, yea?

Makes them unusable for weekend soccer betting though, because they're usually still on overnight limits while the daytime games are starting in Europe.

They recently made another very big change to reduce their exposure. I was sad.

Perhaps you should stop doing things like this.

I hope they lower their risk by not having any back room operations in the states (see recent BOL news).

Almost all of these books have credit operations in the US. Some just know what they're doing.

BetPhoenix (or any book) remains at risk if Nicky Santoro continues to play there

It is an even scalp, but if you have betpoints you gain the points without any risk.

taylor buddy, its thanks to me that BP is so solid now and thanks to me you now have no worries of getting paid, not that you had before..i am down quite a bit there.. so people that are getting payouts... are getting paid with my money, so enjoy yourselves.. go have a ham sandwich on me... it's me paying you, not BP.

i was down a ton there, made a great comeback and was up again, then spoke to richie on phone for 1st time and have NOT won a bet there since... 8 out of 9 losing days and am down a lot there again..

man, that guy is a jinx.. he's bad luck.. no more talking to richie for me.. from now on, it's FRED.. that richie is killing me.. i just can't beat him.
