betclic is not the best choice around, but i do have account there. as for money safety, there is no problem.
my displeasure with betclic is that they enjoy cancelling early wagers if the line moves. this happened to me several times although i never bet on out-of-market-pulp. i now avoid early wagers with betclic.

They've been OK with me. Decent soccer odds - sometimes slow to move. Tennis odds are good. Normally payout promptly to monybookers - not sure about other methods.

I am from Portugal, here Betclic sponsor several soocer teams, they usualy offer deposit bonus.
I am very happy with them, the payouts usually take hours, maximum one day.
