Thinking about taking a vacation down there, when is the best time of year to come how much can I expect to spend to have a good time for 3 or 4 days? what type of things are recommended by locals etc, thanks guy

I went to Panama 4 years ago and absolutely loved it. For a nice, relatively un-touristy excursion from Panama City, check out Isla de Taboga.
