So I made a deposit via Gold-Pay the other day and I went to request a payout this morning and I received this response in the email

Your payout request has been rejected due to the fact that you have made a deposit with *******. As stated on the site: "Deposits made with Gold-Pay's electronic check option will be subject to access restrictions with third party vendors as well as a 30 day freeze on all payouts."

The deposit I made to gold-pay was sent via **, not electronic check.. I explained this to them on the live chat and she simply told me "The words need to be changed" So, basically they are still not honoring my payout after I clearly was well within the rules to be eligible for a payout. Now I have to wait until November 19th to be able to request a payout. So if you are on 5Dimes BEWARE of the gold-pay deposit option because they will fuk you and make you wait 30 days after your most recent deposit,. Just a heads up for anybody thinking about going that route.

I don't think it has to do with GP doesn't 5dimes always have a 30 hold? one of the reasons I don't play there

If you contact our live chat or email us we will be happy to help if we can. Most merchants have some waiting period for deposits made via *************** to prevent fraud.

I have no issue with Gold-pay. Everything was fine on your end. The issue is with 5dimes telling me that I would not be able to cash out because I used the *************** option on your site(which I didn't.. I sent it via **) Upon explaining that I did not use the *************** method they still insisted that I have to wait 30 days because they are a bunch of you know whats

I just never seen 30 business days before. It's usually 30 calendar days. Business days are usually for the 7,10,14 days. I was just curious. I think it is BS that you have to wait that long no matter which method you deposited with.

i dont think 30 days is right but if you used ** to ******* then obviously ******* to 5dimes has to be a ***************.....

big joe, did not mean to come off hostile... thought you were questioning why I was requesting a payout? No worries my man apologize for coming off like an ass.. and yeah apparently they are doing this for all deposits made with gold-pay... honestly I think they just change the rules as they go because when I read it, it clearly stated "Deposits made with Gold-Pays *************** option" and when I questioned them they told me they needed to change the wording on their site to "All Gold-Pay deposits" regardless it's bullshit and I just wanted everyone that was thinking about using gold-pay to deposit with 5dimes to be aware of it. I did it because I was too lazy to drive 15 minutes to wal-mart

If you deposited via ********** to gold-pay why wouldn't you have just deposited directly to 5dimes via ********** and there would not be any holds?

5dimes does not accept money-gram deposits made via the internet(at least thats what they told me)... like I said before I was too lazy to drive 15 minutes to wal-mart

the website clearly says the holds are for e check options, are you a new customer, did they say or is it just a rule for all ******* deposits

for all gold-pay deposits they are saying. and no I have deposited there before but not gold-pay... this was the first time.

thanks for the heads gold rush, i am not going to use ******* if this is going to continue, they told me the same thing too, 5dimes is a great book, as far as all deposits being held thirty days, that 's not true as far as i know at least in terms of ********** where you wait 6 business days, not sure about other methods

GP is supposed to be fast and reliable for payouts that is what we were thinking, won't use it in the future if this policy stays
