Myself and BBD investigated this a few years ago. BBD was told it was not against the rules since Fubo had nothing to do with SIA (which is BS). Fubo will NOT allow me to sign up with them as I have been banned from SIA. I did get paid out in full from SIA.

Do the rules address it? If not, it's no foul (IMO).

    Padael,

Give us a couple days on this. I have had a lot of success working with the new SIA management. If you only had one account, and are not part of a fraud ring, you'll get paid.

During some of my fraud investigations, I had the need to review some of their past and current lines. I forgot how ridiculously soft they are. I'd have no trouble playing there myself until shown the door. I might even do it, despite their relatively low limits.

When I tried to sign up using the e mail I had for SIA, they tell me I have an account and cannot have another one. I haven't tried to sign up using another e mail because I think it leaves me open to them coming back on me.

Having an account at SIA and Fubo at the same time, is not a crime IMO. A player doesnt have to know that these 2 or more bookmakers are under the same roof.
    Padael must be paid.

No problem Justin, take your time ... I am happy to wait patiently for that kind of money.

Default SportsInteraction have stolen $10887 from me !!!!!

I have had a similar recent bad experience with SportsInteraction.

I opened an online account with SportInteraction on March 20, 2009. I have wagered there over the past 7 months and have managed to show winnings of approx. £6700 / USD10887
On October 13 access to my account was blocked. I contacted customer service and was informed:

    Dear xxxxxxxxxx,

Thank you for being a member of Sports Interaction.

We inform you that we have closed your Sports Interaction account as part of a security investigation. Your deposits have been refunded to your Moneybookers account and your winnings confiscated.

Your account has been closed due to fraud and linked to another account which we believe are being used by people other than yourself.

We have run IP checks that prove more than one player has been accessing your account. Also multiple IP addresses used on your account are already linked to fraud as is the entire IP range.

If you have questions regarding this decision, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Monica
    Sports Interaction Security Department
    security@sportsinteraction.com

    My reply was:

    Monica,

With reference to your mail below. If somebody else has been accessing my account without my knowledge then I agree that security has been breached and that the account should be closed.

I only have and operate one SportsInteraction account with username: xxxxxxxxxxx.

I have in no way attempted to defraud SportsInteraction. I believe that other users of my ISP may be members of SportsInteraction and that this may explain this alleged fraud.

I request that you do close my account, cancel my outstanding wager on the Colts and honour my current balance by return to Moneybookers.

    xxxxxxxxxxx

I have subsequently received my deposits back to Moneybookers, but my winnings of £6700 / USD10887 have been stolen.

My emails to SportsInteraction are being ignored. I can not believe that they can be allowed to get away with this.

Do you think that SportsBookReview can help?

Possibly, and the best place to start would be to file a complaint through SBR at the following link: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx

    Best of luck.

So that means that you have to use your account ONLY from 1 pc?
This is stupid. That means that they will confiscate winnings of 90% of their clients.

Dunno how it is in other countries, but in the UK major ISPS can have several million clients. Would be almost impossible to not to be in the same IP range as dozens (hundreds?) of other users.

Of course, the real fraudsters would never get caught this way, so seems like a lame excuse.

The infamous IP justification raises its ugly head once more. I've gone through this before, not with SIA but with another book that was apparently unaware that humans, through evolution and invention, have developed the capability to travel. Thankfully it was SBR to the rescue with that incident.

Interesting to see how this one plays out.....

I have no doubt that they will not refund losses of losing clients who violate their T&C
